Application

Use twice a day. Particularly effective when used in the morning and evening after brushing.

Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons of 5ml each) into a glass, rinse teeth and gums for 30 seconds, and spit out.

Use 10ml for children aged 6 to 12 years.
