It's exactly what I was looking for for work, where I want to have in a bag anything I might need like a second set of clothes, a raincoat, a first aid kit, etc. So here we go. 14 pockets in total with 3 main compartments where in two you can put everything you want except for food. You place those at the bottom of the bag where the cooler is! The straps have soft material on the inside and are incredibly comfortable. There is also a cushion for the waist so it doesn't hurt you. Overall, it seems like a great buy because the quality looks very good, but I want to see how it holds up over time. I also work on a construction site, so it will go through the wringer, and I will come back at some point. Until then, five stars easily!

Edit: 20+ days in the toughest conditions it could find (construction site in mud, dirt, rocks, and throwing it wherever I find). It also doesn't mind the rain! The cooler is decent, but it would be more convenient if the entire bottom was lower in height. In short, if the bag was divided into 2. Anyway, the bag is the best out there; personally, I will get another one to wash them. Ten out of 5 stars!
