Good little vitamin does the job but for me when I took it for a while it made me a bit shaky and had high pulses

Just the fact that it has q10 is worth it. Rare to find this element in a Greek vitamin. These vitamins are produced in Portugal and distributed by Vianex. It has many vitamins together and in satisfactory quantity, except for magnesium. It gives a lot of energy. Next time I will buy it from here on Skroutz, because I had bought it from a pharmacy and the price was double (and without a receipt)
I got it based on the comments, it works instantly but with a slight feeling that my eyes are dropping as if they were leaving a little and one eye turned red. I don't know if I should get it again
Personally, they worked very well for me! Having tried many vitamins in the past, these are the only ones that do not make me feel nauseous.
As a first impression, it is huge and in no way could I swallow it. What I do with all large pills and capsules is chew them, but unfortunately this one has a very hard shell and the taste is bitter and fishy. However, in terms of energy, it really does the job, you can tell from the first day

I work seasonally and I need something to keep me going. I have been taking these vitamins for about 3-4 years. Only in the summer though. To be honest, I don't know if they work.... but I believe they do.... I haven't seen any changes in my body, but I haven't seen anything bothering me either. I had tried other vitamins before and I have the impression that these are better. One thing I know for sure is that when I didn't take them at all, I couldn't make it through the season..... So, they do the job and they have a good price. Not all bodies are the same... Maybe some people are bothered by them... as they write in the comments.

It is a multivitamin, guys! Just a multivitamin, nothing more. It doesn't have stimulants! It's not a pre-workout, it doesn't have caffeine, it doesn't have anything that gives you a buzz!!!
I repeat, it's just a multivitamin!
Personally, it gave me a buzz after the fourth pill and onwards.. I've been taking it day by day now.
-Due to my schedule, I had to push myself in the morning and afternoon, with a break for relaxation and food in between.. with the pills, I couldn't relax... I was exercising! After 2-3 days, I felt tired, so I adjusted the dosage.
-Now, if your schedule is convenient or you simply want a boost, they do something! And you won't even think twice about it.
-It does something good for the hair, indeed.
-I didn't have any stomach issues.
-I took it after lunch - mainly after a meal.
-For those who didn't see a difference, I don't know.. body type, weight, age, height, athletic type or not, diet, program, coffee, etc. play a role... peace ️
I bought them based on the comments here. I got two boxes, I don't know if I wanted something stronger but I didn't see a big difference in my daily life. I expected them to boost me more.
It always depends on how they will fit each person.
First of all, I have to mention that the pill is very large and every time you take it, you think it might get stuck in your throat!
Personally, I didn't have any insomnia or overstimulation.
It simply had no effect!
I don't know if it's due to the vitamins, but I gained weight without changing anything in my dietary habits or lifestyle.

The vitamins are simply amazing! I noticed the difference from the first capsule. Incredible! They also helped my hair.
I read the comments talking about overstimulation and palpitations and I didn't believe them. Since I started taking them, I have palpitations, tremor, and overstimulation. Of course, this doesn't mean that everyone will have these symptoms. Some substance is probably affecting us.
The pill is quite large in size, internally it contains Omega-3 in liquid form. (If you bite it, Omega-3 has a bad taste.) I take 1 pill at night before bedtime. It helps with bowel movement in the morning.... 40 pills for 8.50€ is a good price for vitamins with a laxative.
I have been using it for a year with breaks in between. Very good, personally I have no complaints and I have seen a significant boost in energy, but the most important thing is the tremendous boost in hair.
I have tried many multivitamins with higher cost.
After 1 month of use, I can confidently say that my energy levels have increased and overall I feel a well-being that I haven't felt in a long time!

The best vitamins on the market, really. Besides the increased energy, I also benefited in terms of my skin (smoother, glowing, and stopped the minimal acne I had). They also made my hair grow faster and it is shinier and softer! I have been taking them for only 2 weeks and I have seen truly amazing results. I will definitely continue taking them.
After using it for 4 consecutive months of daily intake (1 capsule/day), it caused me hypertension and I stopped taking them.
I purchased it for my mother who works in a factory, so she needs extra energy. Out of all the vitamins she has tried, this is the best. It gives her energy, her hands don't hurt, and it has even helped with her hair loss. A very good product.
I don't know if it's a good vitamin as I only took it for 2 weeks. However, after 3 days of use, I started experiencing terrible insomnia. Maybe it's due to the ginseng it contains. I do not recommend it.
