Lens Construction

The XF 16-50mm f/2.8-4.8 lens features an internal zoom mechanism and maintains an overall compact construction. Combined with a travel-friendly camera like the X-T50, it creates an optimal setup that you can take anywhere without fatigue. The optical design includes three extra-low dispersion elements and three aspherical elements to reduce distortions, create sharper images, and maintain a lighter construction. Additionally, this lens is water-resistant, increasing its durability during field use.
