One of the best creams I have tried. I had mild acne only on my forehead. I had many small bumps from pimples and within a week I saw a tremendous change. Just because I applied it all over my face, it caused intense irritation on my cheeks. It is only for local use. The only negative is that the packaging was defective
It does not absorb at all, an hour later if I rub my skin a little, the cream comes off in green flakes. It has done nothing for acne, the feeling it leaves is heavy, and the plastic it has around it is just a waste of space to make the packaging look bigger.

My dermatologist recommended it to me, I have normal skin with slight oiliness on my nose. Nothing special, really. The cream has settled incredibly on my skin, the texture is light, it doesn't weigh down my face, it has a light fragrance, and it has given me hydration and radiance. One pump is enough for the right amount of cream on my face and neck. I don't plan on changing it.

Very good for oily skin
I have been using this cream for 3 years and I am 35 years old. At the age of 32, I developed acne on my chin and neck. All three dermatologists I visited recommended treatment with pills, which I did not want. Eventually, a friend recommended Ac-Norm Type 1 to me, and in combination with La Roche's Effaclar facial cleanser, I saw results from the first week. Within a month, the pimples were gone. I used it morning and night with proper cleansing before for a year. Now I only wear it during the day for prevention, and at night I use something more suitable for my age. It worked 100% for me, as you can see in the photo of my face. Once, this area was full of internal and surface pimples.
As for the packaging, it is a bit inconvenient because when the applicator doesn't dispense any more cream and it appears to be finished, if you manage to open it, there is enough cream inside for another week.
Other than that, it is an excellent product for me and I recommend it. (Skin type: Combination)

With the first application, it caused an allergic reaction for me, and I got colorless pimples all over my forehead. The only good thing about it is that the pimples somewhat disappear and it moisturizes. However, if I stop using it, I don't know if this cream is good or bad for me. So far, I only apply it on the pimples because if I put it on my entire face, it triggers an allergic reaction and dryness in specific areas.

I have combination skin with tendencies for acne in my late 40s, it covered me perfectly, I use it after cleansing at night. It is lightweight, absorbs easily, and I believe it corrects the problem if you are consistent
Overall, I was not very satisfied with this product... although it does make your skin smoother and softer, so far I haven't seen any difference in my skin.. if anything, it makes it worse
First of all, it does its job, yes, but don't expect it to work on every skin. I know many people who had worse results with it. You need to research more about it. In general, don't expect your acne to disappear just because you applied a cream. It requires attention, for example, not constantly eating junk food and not touching your face too much, etc.
It is greasy (maybe on my face), so I only use it when I'm at home, mainly at night.
Try to apply it at least twice a day.

I do not believe that it helped at all in fighting acne, I think it makes the situation worse. It helps moisturize the face for the first 5-10 minutes. Nothing more!
Having severe acne (I have not met anyone at a worse level but I have seen pictures of worse levels) and having tried several creams recommended by dermatologists for the past 7 years, I have to say that this is the best one for it.
Pros:
1. Fast results within 1-3 days, rarely 4-5 days. Usually within 48 hours, the pimple was almost gone.
2. Besides getting rid of pimples over time (6 months to a year), it also helps fade the scars. Although I have found that the best cream for healing is a classic bepanthol for sunburn, I discovered it by chance one summer when I got burned. It helped a lot on my back.
3. It absorbs easily and quickly, within 3-10 minutes.
4. It requires a small amount. I read a negative comment saying that it doesn't absorb and leaves small dry flakes, but that's because they used an excessive amount. Another reason for it not to absorb is if you have applied another cream first. I recommend not combining it with other creams and leaving a 2-hour gap before and after application.
5. Very convenient bottle, you can dispense as much as you need and there is almost no waste. If you want to use up what's left, you can easily open it before discarding.
Cons:
1. The price is a bit high, around 15-18 euros. It used to be 10-12 euros (price on skroutz). I would say it is full value for money, but it's still worth it.
2. It comes in a small quantity, so if you want to cover large areas, it's not suitable. It is concentrated for individual use on pimples when they appear, not for everyday cream.
3. The smell is not as bad as others, but it's not pleasant either. Fortunately, it's not strong, but it lasts for about 20 minutes.
4. It is an antibiotic! It's not meant to be applied three times a day every day. If you use it too frequently, you might see results, but it could worsen quickly or at least that's what happened to me.
Tips:
1. Use a small amount once a day, or twice if something bothers you a lot (but only locally, not on the entire face).
2. If you want to fade scars, apply it once on a wet face, using a relative amount to spread it everywhere. For the back, I recommend bepanthol due to its quantity and price. You will see significant results for scars (if they are "pits" or small bumps, it won't help much).
Also, sun exposure and bathing in seawater are particularly helpful for scars and pimples. Be careful with scars and don't forget to use sunscreen, as they are more sensitive.
3. Avoid dry fruits and sugar. Some say not to eat pork, but it didn't bother me.
Drink plenty of water and have a good diet. Stress is one of the main reasons for getting pimples without realizing it. It would be good not to think that the end of the world is coming for every little thing, as everything is trivial in the end, except for serious health problems.
4. Special acne soaps don't provide much help, but it's generally good to keep the affected area clean. Wash your face daily and exfoliate the back extra
If you ever see your skin red after using soap, reduce the amount and the time you leave it on your skin, as you may get burned if you overdo it (not me, a friend from the village).
5. If you go to a dermatologist and don't want to take hormonal therapy (to avoid its negatives), you can ask them to recommend you some antibiotics to take for 2-4 weeks.
Personally, I had taken a very simple one intended for children for 2 weeks and I saw a significant change.
And they told me to take it for another 2 weeks and in the following month, I didn't have a single pimple.
Of course, gradually in the following months, it started again, but it took 4+ months to reach where it was before (note that the marks don't go away, ONLY the pimples).

Due to cystic acne, I struggled a lot to find a moisturizer! It has an incredible texture and helps with acne by hydrating the skin properly. I used to use the Hydra Zen from Lancome before, and I can say that it rivals it!
Consult your dermatologist before using it. My dermatologist prescribed it to me to apply it at night, as I have mild acne. Anyway, it does the job.
I use it as a night cream to prevent any pimples. Personally, I have been using it for a while and I am satisfied.
I use the ac norm type 1 after a dermatologist's recommendation and I saw a significant difference. I will definitely buy it again.
For type 3 (red): It does nothing. On the contrary, it made my acne worse to the point where I have never been like this before.
For type 2 (orange): It is a simple moisturizer that does nothing on its own. I use it mixed with the treatment (gel) for acne that my dermatologist gave me, and ONLY that way it works (the gel essentially does the job).
First of all, you should know that this cream is not a treatment for acne. You can use it as a moisturizer alongside acne treatment (such as pills or antibiotic creams prescribed by a dermatologist). I believe that it hydrates very well and indeed has softening properties, leaving the skin smooth and improving its texture. I would recommend it to individuals who simply get occasional pimples here and there, but not to those with severe acne.
I use it every night as the last step for a month now. I have seen a difference and I no longer have pimples. Of course, the combination I do every morning and night may also help. Cleansing with effaclar la roche (top range!), then hyaluronic acid from ordinary, then NIACINAMIDE from ordinary, sometimes I may also apply the effaclar cream and finally this one. I will continue to use it because I think it does a very good job on me in combination with the above. It is good to combine it with something else at the same time to see results.
My teenage daughter uses it and it has made a real improvement in her acne. She is diligent with cleansing her face every night and it has resulted in very good results.

DO NOT BUY IT! It gave me pimples immediately!! After visiting the pharmacy and asking for a facial cleanser from a different brand, we received the simple answer "Oh, we don't work with that brand"... instead, they suggested and I ended up buying the Frezyderm Ac-Norm Active Cleanser. I had started to have 2-3 pimples on my face and at the same pharmacy, they recommended buying the medilike cream (unfortunately, I couldn't go to the pharmacy, if they had shown it to me, I wouldn't have bought it because firstly, the INGREDIENTS ARE NOT LISTED neither on the external packaging nor on the internal one, and secondly, it uses the word "mimetic" which basically informs you that this cream mimics other ingredients such as benzyl peroxide but clearly it is not the same). I used the cream morning and night after cleansing my face with the cleanser, for about 2 weeks. From the first days, I felt intense dryness despite the fact that my skin is generally oily and I started to develop large pimples. At the end of the first week, I had developed about ten pimples! Big and small ones. I continued to use the products (clearly a wrong decision) because I thought maybe it needed some time to take effect or maybe the products had nothing to do with the pimples. Of course, the situation continued and I was getting 2-3 pimples at least every day. The cream is awful when you put it on your face, it is green, smells bad, and is simply useless. Not only did it not clean my face, but it made me develop more pimples and now I need a new treatment. How much money did I waste on these products.
Instead of calming my acne, it made it worse.

It helped calm down the cystic acne that appeared after years due to wearing a mask and being in a humid environment where I live. It has a strong smell, which you can feel as it works (small stings in the areas with pimples), but it does a very good job, not equivalent to retinoids that are top for acne or antibiotics like Differin, but equally good if not better (I tried antibiotics and they did nothing). Now I mainly use it locally when I have cysts and pimples again, and it helps them disappear within a few days.
