After 10 days, the headphones stop connecting to Samsung devices S22+ and A35 (they are not recognized as a device). On some other devices they connected, but the headphones would randomly lose signal alternately. On Dell Windows, I had to unpair them to connect. Sudden microphone noises at maximum volume for no reason. After a return to the company I bought them from for inspection, they were sent back to me, saying that there is no problem and the issue is "environmental" and something is affecting them.
I have no words! Excellent headphones that give you exactly what they promise! I have an S23 Ultra. They connect quickly, sit comfortably in the ears without falling out. The noise cancellation is amazing, to the point that I don't activate it often. The people on the other end hear you perfectly without hearing the noise around you! They are truly worth the money!
As a user of AirPods Pro 2, I have to say they are better.
+
1. Better sound quality
2. Better and clearer microphone function for calls
3. Volume
4. IP57
5. Comfortable for long use
6. Price
-
1. Battery (a bit worse) but still good!
2. Way of placing them in the case, as you take the earbud out of your ear you have to turn it 180 degrees to place it, and combined with the "sharp" design of the earbud, it is very easy for them to slip and fall as you grab them.
I have no words. Comfortable, I talk constantly because of work and the sound is unique. With the old headphones, I had issues with the volume, here it is super just the way I want it. They are worth the money for me.
I bought them in August from Samsung, after 2 months the right earbud stopped working. I sent them back to Service and they replaced them with new ones. The new ones after 2-3 weeks one wouldn't charge in the case, the other one the case wouldn't charge, or it wouldn't recognize one of the two earbuds. I sent them back to Service again and they only replaced the earbuds. And they wrote to me that everything was fine in the tests they conducted. I have had them for 2 weeks now and for some reason sometimes the app doesn't show the battery percentages. Also, sometimes the red LED blinks which means something is wrong and neither the earbuds nor the case charge. The phone is not to blame, it's the S24 ultra, I have tried them on other devices with the same results. Other than that, they are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever had. Maybe I am just unlucky, I don't know. But there should be some checks done before they sell them.
I had the buds 2 pro and I changed them as I lost them. I got the next model and I have to say that yes, there is a difference. They are much more comfortable in my ear and the performance is quite better. The sound is clearer and the isolation is really isolation. The only downside is the price. But if you use them for more than just calls and for other things, it might be worth it after all
Immediate connectivity with Samsung devices, ANC is among the best, excellent for calls in noisy environments, the ambient mode feels like you’re not wearing headphones and the sound, especially with UHQ, is perhaps the best for music playback (if you compare them at the same time with AirPods Pro 2, you will notice a significant difference). The only negative I have found is that their positions in the case are a bit off, as you can't place them back with one motion after removing them from your ears, but you have to rotate them at the risk of dropping them if you're on the move.
Good evening everyone. If you don't have headphones and want to buy them now, get them yesterday. But if you have the buds 2 pro, wait for the next model, very small to negligible difference. The difference is in the design of the headphones and noise isolation, nothing else. Excellent sound quality but no crazy difference with the buds 2 pro. In short, the transition is not worth it. Only for new users.
the worst headphones I have ever bought. owner of s24 ultra, they connect very slowly to the phone. while you are talking, they can drop the sound from the headphones and switch it to the phone. they do not connect for calls via social media. it gives this message while they are crystal clear (and many users have reported this). generally very disappointed for headphones of such a price and supposedly the flagship of the company. many many negatives. I had the airpod gen 2 from a very old phone and they performed much better with the samsung s24 ultra that I have. headphones of a week. I also reset the settings as they told me from the company. truly a waste.
Being a fan of Samsung as I always get the latest models in phones and watches, I was expecting them to release some good headphones as well. Previously, I had the Huawei Freebuds 3 Pro, which I had no complaints about; they are amazing, but it bothered me a bit that I didn't have Samsung there too. I lost them as they fell from my bike, and I thought it was the opportunity to get these headphones. I ended up selling them within a week, frustrated and disappointed.
Positives: Build quality, appearance, good sound, good battery.
Negatives and significant issues for me: I had complaints from my callers who said they couldn't hear me well during calls and that they heard me much better with my previous ones, poor connectivity as if you want to connect them to two devices, you have to go and select which device you want to hear from every time, while with my previous ones you didn't have to press anything; you heard from wherever the music was playing, and that annoyed me. Lastly, and this is important for me, since I usually wear one earbud, you can't activate noise cancellation or awareness if you're only wearing one, which is a big flaw for me as it's very useful even on the bike when I was talking on the phone or listening to music; I couldn't hear very well, while with my previous ones, I turned on noise cancellation and heard perfectly. One last thing, which I think I got a defective product, is that I would put them in the case, and specifically the left one wouldn't charge; you had to press it a bit to make good contact, and sometimes it would stop again.
Overall, I was dissatisfied and went back to Huawei, which I wouldn't change for anything, and they are a bit cheaper and I believe they easily compete with the corresponding Apple AirPods.
Very good headphones for calls with an open car window and wind, the interlocutor hears you perfectly, they have no negatives, the only problem is that the app does not work with Huawei phones, so you cannot make adjustments
So far, after daily use for 2 weeks, I can say that it is a very high-quality construction with clear and strong sound. Quite decent noise cancellation that is especially useful if you commute daily by public transport. Fingers crossed, I hope they last!
the best headphones I have ever worn in my life. incredible noise cancellation for both me and the person I’m talking to. I use them to listen to books and music for 8 hours on the bike and they are truly amazing. a bit expensive but worth every euro
I waited patiently for these headphones and didn't rush to get the previous ones. And it seems the wait was worth it! Connected to S24U. Their sound is better than the previous generation, quality, without being tiring, without excessive bass in the default setting. Their ANC is amazing, it isolates noises excellently even the very loud ones, I felt my ear sinking. The voice command feature is very nice, you just talk to it and you can adjust the volume, go to the previous/next song, or stop the music. Soon they will also bring live translation to the S series with an update since the folds already have it. The person across from you will speak to you in their language, and you will hear the language you want. The adaptive noise cancelling is just right, it works immediately when you speak so you don't have to shout in the middle of the street to hear your voice. Finally, the 360 audio recording during videos gives a Dolby-like feeling, very good that it's there. A very nice effort from Samsung to create its own ecosystem, with the app being simple and with a plethora of settings. In the budget of 200 euros and considering the competition? Of course, you should buy it!
Excellent sound!!!
Don't forget to adjust from your phone by going to settings sound (bass, 360' sound, etc.)
Amazing headphones, amazing fit in the ear.
They are worth the money.
Incredible sound has several bass settings for a more relaxed 3D, which is okay, nothing special.. I had the Huawei Pro, no comparison, Samsung is class superior. I have them connected to the S24, they work perfectly.
However, I believe their price is quite steep; it could be at more normal prices, 240 is quite a lot
Transitioning from the Buds 2 Pro to the Buds 3 Pro and I highly recommend them.
In one week of use, on the positive side, they feel lighter, have far better and impressive sound (music), and definitely better ANC (to the point where you feel like your ears are plugged).
Also, the improved ambient mode combined with the weight of the earbuds makes daily/frequent use comfortable.
Finally, due to work, I am constantly on calls (phone, teams, etc.), and I already have the impression that they isolate the voice better from surrounding sounds.
Overall, the Buds 2 Pro are also a very good purchase (personally, I find them more beautiful than the 3)... but the 3 definitely make a difference in the details.
On the "negatives," no multipoint like all the Buds now... switching between Dell and mobile requires a whole story every time.
As for the battery, I don't have anything yet; with the usage I have, I didn't have an issue with either the previous ones or these, but I usually work with just one earbud and not both at the same time.
PS. Be patient with how the touch works; once you get the hang of it, it will be a piece of cake... if you don't break them by then!
What can I say about this product? The quality-to-intensity ratio is remarkable. I lowered the bass from the equalizer because it was excessive. (I emphasize that not only does it have bass for those seeking it, it has so much that it more than covers) the mid and high frequencies are excellent and their volume is enough to make you deaf for a while. The ANC is very good (better than all the headphones I have tried so far). They are comfortable and do not fall out of the ear. They fit so well that you almost don’t feel they are there. They don’t tire you out even after a long time and most importantly, they don’t slip out of the ear. As for the blade light, it’s the cherry on top. Excellent headphones, comfortable, very beautiful. I would describe them as innovative. Overall, they are worth every euro.
These headphones really have no negatives. Finally, I found headphones that have incredible ANC which is truly amazing. The sound is at the top of wireless headphones and anyone can customize their headphones exactly as they want. The calls I made were very clear and I've had them for so many days and I can't find a negative. The price is steep but I believe these headphones are worth it. From me, 5/5
After 1 month of use, everything is fine.. As soon as the month passed, the right earbud started not to charge, meaning the charging was interrupted, and I received a notification from the app. I sent them to the dealership (service) where the problem was identified.. They replaced the charging case and the right earbud for me. The service was very prompt..!!
Positives
1) Excellent sound after EQ
2) Comfortable and good fit in the ear
3) Excellent ambient mode comparable to AirPods Pro 2
4) Incredible quality of sound isolation
5) Many extras like Dolby 360 audio
Negatives
1) The ANC is mediocre
2) The sound without EQ follows the Harman curve which favors bass and highs. Negative for me only as everyone has their own preferences in sound.
3) The 360 audio makes the music sound terrible.
4) There is no multipoint except for Samsung devices.
Overall, perfect headphones do not exist but I enjoy them to the fullest. Excellent purchase, I recommend them. Samsung will send everyone good eartips because the first batch, as you probably heard, has problematic cushions.
Finally, Samsung has done its magic!
I think these are the first hassle-free earbuds they have released. I won't say much about the sound quality because, in any case, everything was excellent (buds pro & buds 2 pro), but what makes the big difference is the call quality! The noise isolation in the background is unreal. You're at the bar, and the person on the other end hears nothing but your voice!
A lot of money, but at least they are worth it!
