From the very first day, there are constant disconnections with my mobile phone, which is a state-of-the-art phone... I gave up...
Very good sound, very good voice quality according to the comments of interlocutors, very good sound insulation and noise cancellation.
The only negative is that they disconnect after a while when I use them on the laptop in some programs because due to non-continuous operation in some computer programs, they probably "think" they are idle and power off.
Battery life is satisfactory.
The headphones are VFM at this price; I don't think there's anything better. Costing €50, they're the best I've put in my ears. If you also download the *Active* app, they become a game in your hands.
Quite good quality, the battery lasts a long time, I encountered a problem with one earbud on the first attempt to connect to my phone which was only resolved when I downloaded the Creative app and upgraded the earbud's firmware. Also, they are difficult to take out of their case if you don't have a little fingernail :-). They have good insulation when you wear them from the noise around you and they have a feature that you activate from the app on your phone, which allows you to hear your surroundings through the microphone and the earbud while you are wearing them.
Many different wireless headphones of a similar type have been released in recent years. I can confidently say that these were the best I have purchased as the build quality, battery life, and how clear the sound was were all at the highest level!

Thanks to Bluetooth LE Audio, they support Auracast, which expands audio transmission capabilities via Bluetooth with the ability to send audio content from one source simultaneously to an unlimited number of receivers. In practice, this works as a kind of hotspot. Creative calls it “broadcast mode.” The earbuds support all modern audio codecs such as LC3+ (ULL), LC3, AAC, and SBC.
The Zen Air Pro stand out for their appearance and build quality. The earbuds and the charging case have a discreet matte white finish. The charging case charges via type-c with the port located on the bottom, while it also supports wireless charging.
The Creative app is simple and well-written and works without glitches. We can see the battery of the earbuds and have access to the equalizer, ANC, and control settings. The equalizer offers many options, with great detail for both music genres and ambient sounds, as well as for specific games. For ANC, we have 3 options: full isolation, Ambient mode which allows better dialogue, and turning off the function. It is very important that both for ANC and for Ambient Mode, there are adjustable levels.
The Zen Air Pro fit securely in the ears without causing fatigue. The small touch surface does not help much with control and requires considerable effort to learn exactly where and how hard to press. During calls, the performance of the earbuds is excellent. Conversations are clear; however, the high interference of the ANC reduces the volume of the voice, so you will need to find the best isolation setting through the app or increase the volume of the earbuds.
The Creative Zen Air Pro provide a rich listening experience with strong bass and pleasant highs but some minor weaknesses in the mids. The EQ settings in the app can help enhance the listening experience, making it ideal for this purpose. Additionally, the Spatial audio of the Zen Air Pro creates good depth and natural stereo acoustics.
With Ultra Low latency technology, delays are minimized, and especially in videos with dialogues and in gaming, the Zen Air Pro perform excellently.
The battery easily meets the times provided by Creative.
The nice appearance and good performance complete the positive impression that the Creative Zen Air Pro left on me. There are certainly better earbuds with more functionality on the market, but with the price that the Zen Air Pro costs today, it will be hard for someone to find a more complete package. The sound is more than decent, the battery life is equally good, with the case charging wirelessly, and the basic features are sufficient. The only negative I hold is the small touch surface that complicates control.

I don't know exactly what I'm reading, but I run with these and they don't take breaks at all and sit very well in the ears. And their battery life is extremely satisfactory

I chose the Zen Pro mainly to listen to music and I am impressed! They deliver very clear and rich sound, without distorting at higher volumes. Also, Creative has created a free app that allows you to further adjust the sound of the headphones. They fit well in the ear, they don't fall out.
From a design perspective, they are even better than I expected. Regarding the features ANC/ambient mode, Bluetooth 5.3 and Bluetooth LE, sweat and rain resistant, case with wireless charging and 4 LEDs for battery level indication. Very good sound quality and volume, and the Creative app is very useful. They are worth it.
Nice headphones, comfortable and beautiful. They connected immediately to the phone, without any problem. The sound is loud and clear, I tried them in videos as well as for calls and in both cases they left me with the best impressions, I will try them for additional time and will come back if needed. Anyway, so far I have enjoyed them!!!
They were mainly purchased for sports use (long-distance running) and they perform very well. The rubber sits well in the ear and fits perfectly without vibrations and gradually coming out with sweat. The plastic that is in the ear is completely non-slip
I was between these and another model from Xiaomi but I ultimately chose the Creative, even though they were a bit higher in price. So far, I am very satisfied. The sound quality is very good. Even when I max out the volume, it doesn't produce any distortion. The shape of the headphones is also very comfortable and fits nicely in the ear. They also have an anti-sweat coating. Finally, although it's a matter of personal taste, I find them beautiful in design.
