The NVidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super is an enthusiast-level graphics card primarily aimed at gamers and content creators. It is ideal for gaming at maximum settings in 1440p resolution on the latest titles. Additionally, it is perfect for creators who edit videos and capture large 3D scenes.
The card supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, ensuring that all modern games will run on the GeForce RTX 4070 Super2. Furthermore, the DirectX 12 Ultimate capability ensures support for hardware-raytracing, variable-rate shading, and more, in upcoming video games.
Comparison of the new Ada Lovelace architecture with the previous generation
The NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture, which is at the heart of every GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics card, offers a huge generational leap in performance, efficiency, and capabilities. Built with TSMC's special 4N process and featuring up to 76 billion transistors (compared to 28 billion in the previous generation), Ada is the most advanced GPU architecture ever created. Ada is extremely efficient, with more than double the performance at the same power consumption compared to the previous generation Ampere architecture and features excellent overclocking capability as power supply increases.
Ada Lovelace Architecture
New streaming multiprocessors, up to 2 times the performance and power efficiency.
Fourth-generation Tensor cores, up to 4 times the performance with DLSS 3 compared to brute-force rendering.
Third-generation RT cores, up to 2 times the ray tracing performance.
Ray Tracing
The NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture fully unleashes the capabilities of ray tracing technology, which simulates the behavior of light in the real world.
With the unique power of the new GeForce RTX 40 series and the 3rd generation RT cores featuring the new hardware units "Opacity Micromap Engine" and "Micro-mesh Engine," you will experience unparalleled gaming experiences.
Nvidia DLSS 3
The performance multiplier, powered by AI
DLSS is a revolutionary breakthrough in AI graphics that massively boosts performance. With the help of the new 4th generation Tensor cores and the optical flow accelerator in the GeForce RTX 40 Series, DLSS 3 analyzes successive frames and motion data from the new optical flow accelerator 40 to create additional high-quality frames.
DLSS Super Resolution
Increases performance for all GeForce RTX cards, using AI to generate higher resolution frames from lower resolution input.
DLSS collects samples of multiple lower resolution images and uses motion data and feedback from previous frames to reconstruct native quality images.
Nvidia Reflex
Nvidia Reflex and GeForce RTX 40 Series cards provide the lowest latency and the best responsiveness for the ultimate competitive advantage.
Designed to optimize and measure system latency, Reflex offers faster target acquisition, quicker reaction times, and the best aiming precision for competitive games.
Nvidia Studio

Nvidia Canvas
The application that brings artificial intelligence to painting
Use AI to turn simple brushstrokes into realistic landscape images. Quickly create backgrounds or speed up the exploration of your ideas, so you can spend more time visualizing your concepts.
Windforce Cooling System
The WINDFORCE cooling system features three unique 80 mm blade fans that rotate alternately, 8 composite copper heat pipes, a copper plate that directly touches the GPU, active 3D fans, and screen cooling, which together provide high heat dissipation performance.
Alternative Rotation
Reduce the turbulence of adjacent fans and increase the air flow pressure.
Active 3D Fan
The active 3D fan provides semi-passive cooling and the fans remain off when the GPU is in a low-load or low-power game.
Unique Fan with Blades
The airflow is dispersed from the triangular edge of the fan and is smoothly guided through the curve of the 3D stripes on the fan surface.
Graphene Nanolubricant
The graphene nano lubricant can extend the lifespan of the bearing fan by 2.1 times, close to the lifespan of the double bearing, and is quieter.
Large Copper Plate & Heat Pipe
The large copper plate comes into direct contact with the GPU, combined with the composite heat pipes, which quickly transfer the heat of the GPU and VRAM to the heatsink.
Screen Cooling
The extended heatsink allows air to pass through, providing better heat dissipation.
Metal backplate
The metal backplate not only provides an aesthetic shape but also reinforces the structure of the graphics card to provide full protection.
GIGABYTE CONTROL CENTER
The Gigabyte Control Center is a unified software for all supported Gigabyte products. It provides an intuitive interface that allows users to adjust clock speed, voltage, fan mode, and power target in real-time.

After 5 years of usage and performance from the Gtx 1660ti, the 4070ti super is logically like night and day. It fits with an Intel i7 14700kf and DDR5 at 6400, and everything has harmoniously come together. I want to emphasize that the card is large. You should carefully measure your case if it is midi to see if it fits. Among the positives of the MAX version I got, but logically in all cards of similar dimensions, is the extra support bracket that attaches to the end of the motherboard and makes a "G" shape to prevent it from sagging. I emphasize again that it is slightly large. I proactively got a second bracket for the outside side to hold it up. Perhaps excessive, but better safe than sorry, as the old saying goes. However, this can be done later if you see that you want extra support. It's purely up to your discretion. Now, regarding GAMING, whatever is said will be little. The card simply flies. Of course, for some reason, the NVIDIA application suggests lower settings compared to what the card can handle. So, it is essential to tweak settings for better image performance. I want to emphasize that I am referring to graphics settings and NOT overclocking to avoid any misunderstandings. I tested it, although I never needed to even in more demanding games, to turn the fans up to see how it sounds. Okay, it made a reasonable noise. For permanent use, it's not terrible but not pleasant either unless it's for other types of use. However, in automatic mode, you can't hear it at all. Even if you want to keep it cooling permanently, a normal average setting at 40% is fine. But again, it's up to your discretion for the setting. It is harmonized with a 32-inch at 2k at 1440p and 180hz and doesn't stutter anywhere. Generally, these cards want high resolutions, but of course, this is slightly problematic because high resolutions come with a high cost for the monitor. With a little patience, you can find good monitors under €400 even in 32 inches and with G-Sync. The next review update will be with the acquisition of Quest 3 to see its performance.
I bought it for 4k video and for simulations. A beast in everything it does, it handles everything relatively quietly and doesn't struggle with any modern title, I recommend pairing it with a 75800X3D for extra performance. It's worth the money for someone who wants 4080 performance but doesn't have the budget for it.
