It is bone conduction, not air conduction. This means that it contacts the bone in front of the ear. Ideal for those with hearing issues, but works perfectly for me who just want to listen to my podcast and also hear my kids when they talk to me.
It doesn't squeeze your head, you pass the cable behind low on the neck like in the photos. You don't have it high like a mask strap.

Very good sound quality. It doesn't tire and doesn't disconnect. The battery lasts about 5 hours of music or two days of standby with 1 hour of calls.
The only negative is that the connection behind the head is not adjustable, it is not convenient and it is tight. Without being disappointing.
