  I bought the shelf and indeed it comes assembled (I called the store to confirm before completing the purchase), but without the wheels though. If you want to screw them on, you will need the necessary Black & Decker tools and special accessories for drilling holes in wood. As a guide, I went as close to the edges as possible and it turned out fine, I just spent about 2 hours on the wheels alone. The drawers inside are smaller than they appear on the outside frame, but after a month and a half of use, I have no complaints. The construction is generally sturdy, it is a heavy piece of furniture, I recommend it for professional use.

  It comes pre-assembled except for the 4 wheels and knobs that you have to install yourself. There were scratches on it, but they don't bother me much since I placed it under the desk surface. The downside is that the screws intended for the knobs are short (barely protruding from the surface of the drawer), so you have to ask for longer ones to be sent to you. For those interested in installing the wheels, note that there are no holes or even marks on the bottom, so you have to measure them yourself (personally, I didn't put the wheels to have more available space between the cabinet and the work surface since I placed it under the desk). Also, the drawers are not aligned one below the other, and the last drawer gets stuck in the lock even when unlocked. However, it's a minor issue because removing the metal latch on the side so that the lock can catch "solves the problem"!
