Unacceptable collaboration!
The headphones have a problem or they are not what the description says; the noise cancellation does not work. While I sent them back to check the problem or to replace them or to refund my money, I sadly saw them return the product to me with a paper with instructions to go to the company's website and contact them there in America, where the technical support is. I am very sorry that you have such partners... I bought it from you and I made the transaction with you!
I believe you are a very serious and large company to leave your customers dissatisfied.

1 Disconnections during calls (reconnects automatically)
2 Takes a long time to connect (5-6 sec)
3 Does not obey the settings (e.g., you set it not to auto answer but it ignores it, or you set it not to announce the connection status to connect faster but it also ignores that)
4 You lock the case to avoid accidentally pressing a button (e.g., mute) but it unlocks itself in about 30 minutes!!!!
