Did you find this review helpful?My kettle (probably the oldest model KI310) has been used daily for 11 years and even 2-3 times a day at times! It has not shown the slightest damage. Well, the handle broke (a piece came off) after it fell from a height of 1.2 meters. It is obvious that such a device collects limescale, depending on the area. It is easily cleaned with vinegar and a cloth that we "mix" with a spoon to clean it (if your hand doesn't fit.. mine fits and I am not at all petite). So, after eleven years, it still shines. The only annoying thing is that it makes A LOT OF NOISE and that the cord is short, so it needs to be very close to an outlet. The difference with mine is the material of the button and the lid, which is stainless steel. Opening it here is a bit difficult.

It is good, it has a short cable, it does not open the lid easily, it gets stuck many times, it collects salt after 6-8 uses from the moment it is cleaned. It makes a lot of noise, especially if the salts are cleaned, worse than a teapot from 1900, it whistles. It is a bulky device, the handle could be more compact, difficult to clean because it has a narrow spout and the hand and the filter do not fit in the spout of the jug, it does not come off completely, only a part of it, which also makes cleaning difficult

As for the disadvantages, I would mention the lid that sometimes sticks a bit (but eventually always opens), the fact that it makes a bit more noise when boiling compared to other kettles I had before, and of course, its price is a bit high.
Overall, though, it's a good choice that I haven't regretted

The warranty does not recognize it and in order to replace it, I have to change the entire system with a charge of around 33 euros. The purchase was 62€.
