The only positive is that with the proof of purchase, whatever happens, POLO will fix it; other than that, it's not worth much. The zipper breaks easily, the straps come off easily, and the designs peel off

Beautiful bag and excellent Polo quality. I bought it to replace my previous Polo bag, which was incredibly convenient. However, this one didn't work for me because it was much smaller, resulting in not being able to fit snacks, only having space for 1 bottle instead of 2, and not being able to fit my son's sweater when he doesn't want to wear it. The wheels didn't work well for my little one either, they would get stuck on stairs. Additionally, I would attach the lunch bag to the handle, but because it's single, it would spin around, making it very inconvenient for him to carry it on his shoulder. Overall, it's a nice bag for a boy who likes formulas, but essentially (for us) it was a failure. We went back to our old bag. Money wasted.
