Purchased for 420.. It is very comfortable in the hand, rare nowadays in smartphones, because it is quite lightweight! Its battery is amazing and lasts 1½ days with 7 hours SOT and it also has fast charging! With 12GB of RAM and 512GB of ROM, I don't think it will ever fill up, so you can reduce your use of the cloud.. In the photography department with 2 good cameras on the back, especially for portraits, and a very good front one (with autofocus), you don't ask for anything else..
I have had the phone for a month, but just a few days ago I managed to get it working, after I wanted to put a protective case and screen protector on it. These are nowhere to be found in the Athens market. I went to 11 different physical stores and the answer was the same from everyone: "only through ordering from abroad." I ordered them myself and it took 17 days to arrive.
The first negative impression was the stuck SIM card slot, which opened after many attempts, applying a lot of pressure with the special tool that I almost broke.
After carefully placing the screen protector, the touch sensitivity decreased (expected), but what I didn't expect is that after some uses of the screen, the fingerprint sensor stopped working. For me, it's very wrong that it's located on the front.
Now let's move on to the infamous AI... The app it has is a game for kids! Anyone who uses it simply sees their face adapted to various bodies! As for the AI processing on the photos, it works rarely and under very specific conditions. It can only remove people (if it recognizes them) and only if they are in front of a clean background.
I continue with the headphone jack! IT DOES NOT HAVE ONE!! It only accepts wireless or with an adapter. In my attempt yesterday to connect my Bluetooth headset, I only managed to waste an hour of my life trying. It recognizes it but does not allow pairing (and to preempt you, the Bluetooth headset connects to other phones, the phone pairs with other devices). I imagine it only accepts wireless headphones from its own brand, which start at €50 and go up.
And I finish with the battery, which drains quickly if someone uses their phone for several hours a day. Of course, I had gotten used to the Xiaomi that you could forget the charger at home, go away for a weekend, and the battery would still be alive!
In general, the Redmi Note I had before, which cost around €190, has nothing to envy from this one. With this specific Oppo, you only pay for its capacity, which is unlimited. But this can also be done with an extra SIM in a more economical phone.
A device costing €450 should blow you away... and unfortunately, IT DOES NOT!
I have had it for 3 weeks. It is the best phone at this price. Of course, it outperforms phones costing 800-1000€ without exaggeration. The screen is very good even in the sun. The speaker is excellent with perfect sound quality, it has one on the top and one on the bottom. AI for photo editing. It takes perfect photos and videos. It doesn't lag. It runs smoothly.
The phone is perfect, fast, beautiful.. I consider it the best in its category.. amazing photos, videos, sound.. literally a monster battery!! The camera's AI function does wonders, the artificial intelligence removes people, building the photo according to the environment!! It comes with screen protection and the only negative is that the charger is not included in the package, only the cable!

I have had it in my hands for about 8 days. I bought it for €419 in black. Congratulations to Oppo for fitting so many things into such a small, beautiful, and thin phone. And 12+4 GB RAM. And 512 GB storage. And a 5000 mAh battery. And two SIM cards, and two powerful speakers, and four Sony and Samsung cameras, and a 6.7-inch Gorilla display, and AI and dual flash and lightweight and and..... It comes with Android 14 and the first feeling when holding it in your hand is that you have bought the best phone on the market. Let's go to the positives and negatives.
Positives. Feel in hand. Nice materials. So thin (the thinnest on the market) and beautiful that you feel it's a shame to put a case on it. Very lightweight, functional without ads, without unnecessary apps, and without so many useless and pointless settings. Nice screen colors, very bright even in sunlight. Refresh rate of 60 and 120 Hz. Fast, in simple games that I play, without an increase in temperature.
Very positive. The sound from two speakers on the top and bottom. Lightning-fast fingerprint sensor. The smart window at the edge of the screen for translation, recording, etc. The AI in photos is amazing. You can play and change photos all day.
Extremely positive. The photos and videos. Incredible. Here it shows that Sony and Samsung worked their magic. With optical zoom of 2 and digital up to 5, crystal-clear photos. In a truly PITCH DARK room, see the photo it took. Also, its antenna. Where the phones of the group drop to 2G or 4G data, this one is 5G with four signal bars.
The SURPRISE is the battery life. On the second day at night, with 12.30 hours of operation, it is at 20%. Of course, without Bluetooth, and with the screen at 60 Hz. Probably the simple operating system shows here.
Negatives. The fact that it doesn't come with a charger in the package is a downside. Also, it has a bit too much treble in its otherwise strong sound. And lastly, in my personal opinion, none of the ringtones and notification sounds are satisfactory. I set my own song as a ringtone.
Conclusion. VFM phone. It exceeded my expectations. I went to change levels and I think I hit the ceiling.

It's not just another very good phone. In terms of quality and aesthetics, it is the best phone available out there for the price category. It borrows elements and features from the 1000+€ category. Super lightweight, extremely thin with a top-notch finish that gives an ultra-premium feel. Its screen is the best out there aesthetically and in brightness. The camera has excellent clarity during the day with minor flaws in low light (it displays the darkest areas a tone darker). However, its strong point is the post-processing capabilities where through AI it can remove imperfections like unwanted objects from the frame or exclude closed eyes, offering a flawless result. This is also the reason it is priced in this category given that its processor is not from the top shelf of performance. Nevertheless, it responds quickly and decently to all kinds of tasks and commands with a main focus on battery life.
Overall, the Reno 12 Pro targets a slightly different audience than the average gadget lover who wants a bit of everything at Poco prices. It is a premium device focused on high aesthetics, flagship features, and quality with the "promise" that it will never let you down (even in terms of battery).
P.S.: At around 400, it's a sweet deal!
A pleasant surprise this phone! Wonderful camera for photos and videos! Battery lasts all day with plenty of use. It takes about 35 minutes for a full charge. Good features related to AI characteristics and the customization of the device has nothing to envy from the iPhone 15 and other higher-end devices financially. It comes only with a cable with a slight curvature on the screen and the device feels very nice in terms of materials since there has been no overheating issue. Clear sound in calls and videos. I highly recommend it!
The battery is quite good, very fast without lags, visually and in hand it gives a feeling of an expensive phone, takes good photos but I expected them to be a little better based on what I read, it is definitely worth buying for 400 and below
