  It really keeps the food warm for several hours. In my case, from 6:30 in the morning until 1:00 in the afternoon. I got it expecting it to keep warm for at least 3 hours but I was pleasantly surprised at a nice price! Of course, it is necessary to heat the food (e.g., in the microwave) before putting it in the food container. The capacity is ideal for one meal. The hidden spoon is very practical, although a fork would make it perfect. Satisfied also from an aesthetic point of view!

  Very good. I have a Stanley water bottle for my daughter and it really is a powerhouse, so I decided to get Stanley again, but I read very good reviews for the Estia product that I thought to get this one, and if it doesn't turn out well, then I will get Stanley and keep this one for my daughter's fruits and not for hot food for the whole day. Well, it has turned out amazing. I prepare her food at 7:30 in the morning and by around 1 o'clock it is still hot. I have read that first you fill the container with hot water and let it sit for 3-4 minutes, then you empty it and put the food in, I haven't done that yet, but I will try it sometime. So far, however, we are very satisfied.
