2 stars because the taste is okay... but you don't notice any change...(over 10 days of testing)

I tried the mango flavor, very balanced. You really feel like something is changing, like you are more focused. It gives you energy as needed to motivate you. Yes, it helps with concentration and I am a person with ADHD who looks at the walls or does something else every 5 minutes of reading, so it helped me concentrate quite a bit. Finally, I am a person who used to drink energy drinks that caused me problems, with some energy drinks making me feel pain from the first sip, so I am cautious about what I drink because they bother me. So far, nothing has bothered me from using Saga. If you have a busy daily routine, I believe it will help. If you just sit at your computer and play games, drink coffee. I will update about the other flavor at some point.
