Extremely effective on single plasterboards. They saved my hands when installing lights and objects, both on the ceiling and on the wall. The anchoring is very strong, it is impossible for the anchor to come out, the plasterboard will break much faster.
I also used them on a 16mm thick wooden wall (cladding) with excellent results.
