Review this product
  • I've bought it before, I really like it and I'm consistent with this particular choice. The reasons are many and I can't find anything negative.
    1. With a minimal amount on the spoon, I have my coffee as sweet as I want.
    2. It doesn't bother me as a product! Which is very important. - I'm allergic and, after some years of using sweeteners, maltodextrin, etc., my allergies and some other related problems (which disappeared as soon as I stopped using certain sweeteners) went through the roof...
    3. It's also economical as a product.
I wouldn't change it for anything!!

It is not pure stevia that is a green powder. It is ERYTHRITOL WITH STEVIA GLYCOSIDES. What does this mean? Obviously, you are buying erythritol in the main bulk with small amounts of stevia glycosides. Erythritol is a sweetener derived from alcohol processing and, like all similar substances ending in -ol (such as maltitol, xylitol, etc.), it has a different taste and aftertaste compared to sugar, almost zero calories, and usually does not raise blood glucose levels. At such price levels per kilo, it is not pure stevia. It is very expensive. Personally, I liked it even though it is not 1:1 but rather 1:3.

The ideal ratio between sugar and stevia is clearly different from what the product states. Of course, this doesn't mean that the product is not of good quality, just that it takes a little bit of getting used to until you learn how to use it. And in the meantime, you have also thrown away some baking ingredients :)

As other users have mentioned, it does indeed taste more like 1:4 rather than 1:3, without leaving a bitter taste. I consider it possibly the most valuable for money stevia that one can buy. Just be careful with sweets, as I have noticed that it makes them denser, and it is also not suitable for syrups because it does not caramelize like sugar. However, these are cooking matters, so overall I recommend it as a dietary and (super) healthy alternative to sugar!

Very good stevia. Just needs caution in usage, because its sweetness is strong! Probably 1:4 and not 1:3. This is probably a positive fact, as long as we know it during the first sweet preparation, that's why I mention it.

I removed one star because it seems to me that it is actually in a different ratio than 1:3. I would rather say it is for 1:4. Sweeter, that is. I used it in cupcakes and it slightly changed the composition of the mixture. It doesn't leave a negative aftertaste, at least not a tragic one.

It is indeed 1:1, but the taste in coffee is awful, like most stevias.. Smoothly, 3 stars!

It didn't leave me with a metallic aftertaste.
In terms of sweetness, it is definitely 1:1, maybe even more, for example, 1:2

In my opinion, it was clearly sweeter than it should be. Also, in my opinion, it doesn't have a neutral aftertaste. Imagine that I bought the 1:1... I don't know if I will buy it again.

Very good product, it doesn't have a bad taste, it just requires attention to the quantity. It's worth its money as you use a smaller amount for the desired sweetness compared to other sweeteners

Fantastic sweetener. I got the crystalline form 1:1. I used to drink my coffee sweet in general, and now with less than half a teaspoon of this stevia, I'm okay. It doesn't leave a metallic aftertaste. It froths in frappé and freddo as well.
Also, it is excellent in creams and cake-like sweets that I made. I have tried many sweeteners. If it is indeed pure stevia with erythritol as stated, it is perfect. And economical

Very good product for me. It requires a little attention regarding the quantity because it is 1:3. Let's say, half a teaspoon is enough for a cup of tea. And very economical.

It is what it says because there are also stevias that say 1:3 and they are less. Stevia has a distinct taste and either you accept it or not. It is not sugar (google it). Because I have tried several and much more expensive ones (up to 22€/kg), it is very good.
