Very good robot cleaner but it cant see how much water is left in the tank to mop and therefore you need to attend to it every time you perform mopping. Moreover there are only two pads for the mops so you need to wash them every time the robot does a mopping cycle.
After about 5 months of use, it developed several problems. Difficult connection with the app. After it got stuck, one is a bit thick, it can't even climb. It mops only when it remembers and it's insufficient. It often spins around your house wasting its battery. Average noise. In a home cleaning app, it can give you 3 errors because it got stuck somewhere.

This is the first robot vacuum I am getting. I am very satisfied, especially with the vacuuming; the mopping is not that great, but it's not bad. The only negative thing I would say is that maybe the app is not the most user-friendly (not that it is bad) and sometimes it loses the map and I have to make it map again. Other than that, very good results, much better than I expected!!!
After 1 use, it had a charging problem. The repair was a nightmare. The official response was that it had a lot of dirt on it and needed cleaning. After one use, I ask? Well, we don't know your home, was the answer. I didn't know I had to wipe it before using it to find it clean. They asked me if I ever dropped it, not that they saw anything, just for statistics! However, they changed the entire system, supposedly as a precaution, and advised me to maintain the vacuum every third cleaning. I did maintenance on the Roborock for the first time after 6 months of daily use. The conclusions are yours. Difficult app, hard to connect the device to the internet. One star because the cloths spin and it does a better mopping job compared to the others I had.

The most value for money robot vacuum cleaner with a bin that is currently available. The connection with the app is extremely easy, it connected in a 10-second process and has never lost connection since. Completely silent, incredible power (it has 3 power modes - we use it on 1) leaves the house spotless - you set it once a day to clean the house through the app and you can relax - it mops very well, returns to its base and empties everything it has collected after each cleaning into its bin without you having to do anything - this saves you a lot of time and effort compared to other regular vacuum cleaners. Essentially, it does everything on its own. You only have to deal with it when the bin is full. Charging is done very quickly. Honestly, for its price and what it offers, it feels like stealing from the company. We would buy it again with our eyes closed.
Having owned 4 robot vacuums so far, I believe this is by far the best one compared to the others I have purchased (around the same price). It is quieter, slightly smaller in size, but much more effective in cleaning because it doesn't drag the cloths like most others, but rotates them.
