• Daily cleaning: After completing your practice, spray the mat with the cleaning spray. Wipe with a dry cloth before folding and storing your mat.
• Deep cleaning: Spray the entire surface of the mat until it appears slightly wet. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes. With a damp cloth, clean the entire surface removing any stains. Wipe with a clean dry cloth and let the mat dry completely before folding or using it again.
