This specific protein fills a gap that has existed for years: a light flavor that you can drink all day long, even slowly over the course of hours. The 30ml dissolves in 500ml of water compared to the 200ml that regular protein dissolves in.
It creates a consistency like tea, it doesn’t resemble classic protein at all. The specific peach flavor that I bought is really very close to Lipton iced tea. What I like is that it drinks like a soft drink. You can comfortably drink it intra-workout instead of BCAAs and EAAs, which are wasted money for most people.
Personally, I make a protein shake with cold water in the morning at work, and I drink it until noon, so I cut out unnecessary coffees. Because it’s protein, it keeps me full and I don’t feel hungry like before, so I eat a good meal at home, and I’ve also lost weight.
For after the workout, if I don’t have ready food, I usually drink a regular shake with milk, peanut butter, banana, and a scoop of vanilla protein, which is thick and resembles food. I use this one more as a soft drink. With cold water and ice cubes, it’s something else.

Having tried several flavors of Dymatize Iso 100 (with my favorites being fudge brownie and gourmet chocolate), I decided to get this one here for a change every few days... As for the taste, it resembles Lipton iced tea peach quite a bit, but it is much sweeter and much more diluted, resulting in it not being suitable as a primary protein. Its solubility is good like all Dymatize products, but after 8-9 shakes, the whole water foams up, and you have to let it sit for 2 minutes for the foam to settle so you can mix it again.
