The phone is literally a powerhouse.
Construction... sturdy with very high-quality materials everywhere. It comes with a case and a pre-installed screen protector.
Battery... It simply doesn't run out. With everything on and in use, it can easily last 2 days. With everything on in standby, it exceeds 3 days and can even last up to 4 days. And all this without battery saving. It comes with a charger that has 2 charging options, normal and turbo. The normal option prioritizes battery life and is quite fast, while the turbo option prioritizes charging time, which in this case is lightning fast, but heats up the battery.
Screen... very good and fast, with strong brightness even under the sun. Fingerprint on the screen is very quick. Scratch-resistant and drop-resistant.
Photography... Truly at DSLR levels. It easily outperforms iPhone and Samsung. We compared it with friends who had the respective flagships from iPhone and Samsung, and their jaws dropped. Incredible zoom! Night shooting is on another level. Whatever mode you choose, it excels! Amazing AI capabilities. In terms of photos, I'll just say... it has no competition, it simply plays on its own.
In video, it is very good and will satisfy you, but I must admit that it is a notch below the iPhone.
Processor... Don't get hung up on the numbers; they really don't relate to reality, and why is that? Because Huawei manufactures both the hardware and the software for its devices, so they are designed to work perfectly, quickly, and without glitches together.
Games... I don't play, so I can't have an opinion.
Now to the issue that concerns and troubles most... It doesn't have Google apps and the Play Store pre-installed, but you can easily install them through Huawei's App Gallery. You download microg to pass your Google account, and the Aurora Store, which has everything the Play Store has. All applications run normally with installation and not with simulation. The only one that won't work is Google Pay, but it has Huawei Pay, which allows you to make contactless payments without issues. Also, if you search on YouTube, there is a way to install Android Auto. I should also mention that it contains incredibly good free Huawei apps as replacements for Google apps for those who want to get rid of Google.
For me, Huawei is the Apple of China. Honestly, if they weren't being fought against like this, the other companies would have serious problems with sales and developments.
Its price is high, especially at 1700, but at 1250, which is what it dropped to when I got it, it's worth it. Especially if you qualify for VAT exemption and it comes out to a final price of 1000.
Fast and with the well-known quality of Huawei, with a little searching you can install Google services. It should have been a bit cheaper to be more competitive.
