    We have had robots for years. We started with ones that bumped and turned. When we got our first Xiaomi 5 years ago, it was a revelation. Since then, I have bought others. This is my second Ecovacs, but the first one was a gift.
    The reason I switched to T10 is simple. We got a dog. It made a mess in the kitchen, and the Xiaomi went over it and spread it everywhere.
    - The T10 recognizes objects and doesn't go over them. Cables, socks, tassels, clothes, it never gets stuck because it avoids all obstacles.
    - It has a camera through which I can talk to the dog while I'm away. I control the vacuum. It's like having a home patrol. (The 2 photos here are from the camera)
    - It cleans exceptionally well. And the Auto Empty Station collects dust for 2 months in a row without emptying. It also has a bunch of settings, but I haven't bothered with them. I've told it to do a good sweep of the whole house.
    - It also has a mopping function. It doesn't replace regular mopping, and you have to fill it with water, wash the mop pad... but it definitely does the job.
    - The app is better than other apps I've used. I haven't figured out how to delete the balcony yet, but it maps and does 2 floors if you want, which is rare.
    - It also has its own voice assistant. You don't need Alexa or Google, although it is compatible.
