The Deco Melts taste like creamy white chocolate and do not contain E171.

How to use them: Melt in the microwave or in a bain-marie and pour into a mold. Ideal for chocolates, lollipops, and drip cakes. Dip the top of cupcakes or whole cookies.

Preparation: Melt in the microwave at a maximum of 500W, stirring every 15-20 seconds. The Deco Melts are ready when almost completely melted. Harden in the fridge (10-15 minutes).
