I won't add anything more below. Everything has been said. I'll just emphasize, as mentioned earlier, not to get stuck on the language of the phone. In whatever language it is, by pressing the menu button (the right button above) immediately after, type #110 and it will take you directly to the language options. From there, it's easy to choose Greek or any other language you want.
Also, it has several ring tones to choose from. Some sound loud and some sound low. The speaker, as you can see in the photos I uploaded, is located at the back. If you place the phone on a couch with the speaker facing down, of course, the sound will be reduced.
Battery. I bought it on 24/12/21 with one line of battery. I charged it at night. From 25/12 in the morning until today, 28/12, it went down to one line after several calls for four days. Whether it's enough or not, I don't know. It also depends on what type of battery we're talking about.
Finally, when someone calls you, it flashes. It doesn't flash for missed calls.
For its price, it's very good up to 35€ (for me).
I have been using a Panasonic wireless phone for three years now, the 6821 model is the same as the 6811, but the 6821 also has an answering machine. The device is exactly the same, but the 6821 has the advantage of ringing when someone calls, both on the base and the handset, while the 6811 only rings on the handset. However, compared to the 6811, the newer 6851 model has worse sound quality, both in regular phone conversations and on speakerphone, with almost half the volume of the 6811. Additionally, it does not have the missed call indicator light that blinks, only a red light to indicate unwanted calls. If you have the option, it is better to choose the 6811, while it is still available at a lower price, as both models have significantly increased in price over the past few years, almost doubling or tripling in some cases. I bought mine for around 29 euros three years ago, while the 6811 model was around 23 euros
I've had it for a year now, amazing phone! I've only changed the batteries to ones with larger capacity to last longer!
Very good and quality device with large numbers and screen clarity. Very satisfied with the calls, whether outgoing or incoming. Very good acoustics, clear and loud. I would buy it again
Nice design, the hands-free feature is an important thing in phones! It has a Greek menu for me, but when someone else calls me while I'm talking, I haven't found a way to talk to the second person yet. (Maybe that option doesn't exist). If I were to get a cordless landline again, I would get one with Bluetooth to connect it to my headphones because it's for work.
a simple phone that does its job well at a very good price. it sounds good, the battery lasts quite a while, the backlit screen is very helpful and easy to read.
One of the worst.. honestly! The speaker is not like all the phones, it's on the back!!!! At the point where the battery cover is located!! I went crazy when I saw it! Useless purchase as the sound is very low, without speakerphone it's impossible to understand your interlocutor.
The phone is exactly what we expected. I got it for my sons' student house. It sounds good either from the receiver or on speakerphone.
All good. The only thing, for anyone who has difficulty, the instructions and the menu are not available in Greek but are available in English. The instructions in Greek are from the internet.
The phone, through the classic triangular transactions of the stores to be cheaper, came in Spanish. I struggled a bit to change the language but I managed. Generally, it's an average phone, but after the disappointment I had with Phillips, I decided to come to the certainty of the brand. The one star is because after 5 months of use it broke, I can neither answer nor end a call. The answer and reject buttons, while they seem to work, do nothing and the line keeps ringing. I might have gotten a defective one...
Typical and simple wireless phone. It's nothing special but it does the job just fine. Good.
As soon as I opened it, it was in Spanish. I don't know, very few people know. How do I change it to maybe figure it out? I was disappointed. Whoever can help me, please inform me or write down the way.
Everything else is good, except for the battery. I probably got a defective model. Literally with no use at all, the battery was dead in 24 hours. We got new Panasonic eneloop batteries and again in 24 hours, goodbye. I went and got Gigaset and I am calm.
Two devices, one five years old and the other three years old, incredible.. the best wireless that can circulate..
Activating the device, the language is Italian, so an immediate language change to Greek is necessary. Afterwards, the settings and menu are easily navigated. It is a good quality device made of plastic materials, its battery has a long duration (with 2 long phone calls per day), it has a strong sound, speaker, and clear audio.
A portable device that delivers what it promises. Compared to others - which I have used from time to time - it is definitely better in all areas.
Good device for simple household use. Strong ringtone sound and good speaker. The range is quite good and the battery lasts long enough. Mine came with the menu in Italian, but fortunately it is easy to change the language from settings to Greek.
I believe that I made a very good choice, powerful sounds, a sufficiently bright screen, user-friendly menu, battery life.
Recently purchased, satisfied so far but I am waiting for some time to pass in order to have a complete opinion
I had the previous model for many years and it was reliable. After many falls, the screen started to fade and occasionally come back. I decided to get this one which is almost the same because of its reliability. I have the previous one connected at the same time because its screen has now come back.
Overall, the phone is good. I don't have much experience with landline phones to have a comparison measure, so I can't judge if it's worth the money. However, what I can say is that its speaker is not of great quality, nor is the open listening. Of course, you can still have a normal conversation and communicate. Things get difficult when there is noise or surrounding noise. Definitely, I wouldn't recommend it for someone who needs it on a daily basis for many hours, especially if it's also a tool for their work. But for someone who needs it occasionally, it will do the job just fine and more.
I received this specific phone TG6851GRB as a gift and when I read its reviews, I was disappointed about its open listening (as I use it constantly for work on open listening) and the first few days of using it confirmed these reviews. HOWEVER, it turned out that there is a setting and you can easily adjust the volume as you want. At the highest volume level, the sound is satisfactory for open listening. While the default factory volume level is indeed very low, you can't tell if the sound is coming from the speaker of the open listening or from the earpiece. So, for those who are concerned about open listening, you can buy it without fear. I hope I helped.
I have very little time with it, so I will come back after a few months for a more comprehensive evaluation... for now, it is functioning satisfactorily
I was the owner of a wireless one of the same brand. This one has a much larger screen and an open listening function that is quite convenient for work (when there are no interruptions due to its operation). Often, due to my work, the magnet collects dust, but I open it and clean it. If I'm not mistaken, I have had it for 2 years and...
I have had it for over 5 years and it works flawlessly. It has strong open listening, slightly worse but satisfactory listening compared to the headset. Its biggest advantage is that it is extremely durable (the baby takes it and throws it on the floor with force and it hasn't suffered any damage). I recommend it
I mainly bought it for the call blocking feature and it actually has a button that does it immediately. Large screen, many options in the menu, illuminated screen and large buttons, large phonebook, not frequent charging. It's worth its money.
The headset is quite average but it does its job for home use, with the old batteries from the previous wireless (800 mA) it lasted over a week with plenty of use, it has a user-friendly menu and easily accessible! After all, I paid less to buy it than what I paid to the butcher!
In eco mode, it has less range but also less radiation.
It seems pretty good. It will show in the long run
The wireless is unbeatable, Panasonic may seem old-fashioned to some, but it is timeless.
The best feature is the eco mode it has in my opinion. Good value for money, the only downside is that the sound intensity is not as strong
Honest product, good lighting, comfortable large buttons. Strong sound, battery lasts 4-6 days depending on usage. I bought it for my grandmother and my parents
*ATTENTION* It looks like the KX TG6811 (which fortunately is still available on the market).. it's like two drops of water. The KX-TG6851 is much inferior to the KX TG6811 in every way (I have both and was able to compare them) and in this one, the light doesn't even blink to show if you have missed a call!
