I was disappointed with the battery performance. Without gaming and with regular use, it doesn't last a day. Good photos. Good sound.
I have the Realme 7, which I have had for about 4 years, and I see the same behavior in speed of operation. Of course, both run well. I give 3 stars because it's the Realme 12, and I expected much more from my old one. It's a good choice for under 230 euros.
So far, it's perfect although it froze once and I had to restart it to get it working again, maybe I caught a virus. The external finish and touch feel nice, it looks like it's a flagship of some brand. The fingerprint on the screen works fine, a transparent silicone case is provided, it has a 3.5mm jack for headphones, it takes two nano sims or one nano sim with microSD. I don't know if it has Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) or Dual SIM Dual Active (DSFA) when using two sims simultaneously. I was impressed by the RAM expansion capability; I don't know if other brands/models have it. Since I added the maximum RAM expansion, it seems to me that the phone is running faster(!). I don't have high requirements or experience with photos and videos, but they seem fine to me. I don't use social media or play games, but I have many applications, and it's reasonable for the battery to drain during the day. All applications can be set individually not to run in the background, which helps. In most modern phones, the battery doesn't last more than a day anyway. I chose this phone over the Poco X6 Pro because of the battery and the clean software without ads compared to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, which has annoying bloatware and is more expensive with the same performance. It was purchased for €264, and up to €300, I believe it's the second-best phone, with the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion 5G being the best. 4 stars because it doesn't include a charger (only the USB-C cable), the radio requires internet to play and has ads, the colors don't seem quite right to me—they are a bit dull, and generally, there's no blinking indication when I receive a message/email or have missed calls.
Very nice phone with very good material quality and functionality. Fingerprint on the screen is very responsive, it has NFC, it takes a memory card in the place of the second SIM. For 230 euros, it’s a steal... It doesn’t come with a charger, only the cable!!!
It loses one star because it doesn't find the same signal as the REALME GT MASTER EDITION. And I am referring to both wifi, 5G, and phone signal. Also, it comes without a charger and there is no case available on the market. Besides the case in the packaging, no other options were found, e.g., flip case

This is an excellent phone, fast and efficient, with a very good camera, decent battery life, a wonderful design with the leather back, plenty of space for whatever one needs from countless photos to large memory-intensive games, very good graphics and a decent refresh rate!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good and speedy phone on a budget below 400 euros!!!
Replaced my 2019 realme X50 due to the battery that only lasts for two days now. The 12+ has very poor sound both in the earpiece and speaker, and the fingerprint sensor is slow compared to difficult. It has a better camera.. disappointment.
While everywhere it says that the package includes the charger, the one I received only contained the cable..!
