Usage instructions:

Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush daily, twice a day, and no more than three times, for at least 1 minute each time. Ensure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.

Children under 12 years: Should not be used by children under 12 years of age unless recommended by a dentist or doctor.
