I started it after the excellent reviews I read to alleviate the bloating I had lately after eating, without having any particular problem of another nature (constipation, diarrhea, etc.). For 10 days, I took 2 capsules in the morning. It caused me constipation that I hadn't dealt with for years, while I didn't see any difference in the bloating. I reduced the dose to 1 capsule for 2-3 days and then stopped it, so the constipation stopped too! Obviously, it didn't work well for me
