    It has a nice taste, so it is easily consumed. It helped me cut out soft drinks, as I wanted to drink something after every lunch (so I drink this beverage with water as a substitute).

    I also feel better in terms of bloating (I have been using it for 6 days already), but it obviously needs to be combined with a good diet and lifestyle. I also noticed that I am not as drawn to sweets these days (I used to eat a chocolate or something sweet after lunch).

    I ordered 2 more to complete a whole month, as I see that it helps me cut bad habits.

    Edit after 20 days: I have lost 2 kilos and cut out sweets and soft drinks. However, it is a 10-day schedule, and the extension I did caused me stomach issues
