    It works with one AAA battery.

    It makes quite a bit of noise like a wall clock.

    The rotary switch that adjusts how long it will open (1-48 hours) has quite a deviation that is not stable; it has been timed to open anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour later

    It makes noise like a clock and opens about 15-20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time... it does its job though... be careful to have a strong battery!
