The button that turns off the phone got stuck after about 8 months, but it was repaired immediately by my technician and it looks great. To be honest, since I also got one for myself (this one belongs to my wife), mine, even though I've had it longer, works just fine

Not at all value for money. In the first month, it had problems. Low speed and responsiveness, the camera has nothing to do with what it promises, and whenever I try to use it, it freezes and then the whole phone freezes too. Poor screen performance. I had the 10 and it was class superior. It is unacceptable not to support 4K in the year 2024, especially when its initial price was around €300 in most stores.

I just received it and transferred from Xiaomi Note 6 pro and I was disappointed. It freezes incredibly... the 3 exit/reset buttons on the home screen do not respond immediately at all. Especially the middle and right ones need to be pressed 2-3 times to exit an app. Other than that, it's okay... lightweight with a nice appearance and screen colors, affordable... but I don't see it lasting more than 1-1.5 years

Insufficient battery. Difficult to use. Heats up quickly. Freezes during internet use. Constantly needs speed improvement of the device.

I've had it for about a month, I have issues with the signal where I talk, it shuts off by itself, I don't know if it's the phone or the WiFi connection, but I expected better call quality over WiFi. The camera and speed I think are okay for the price.

Former owner of the Redmi Note 11C. The phone is phases superior. The sound is much louder, photos and videos are quite decent, the screen and speed are sufficient for an average user. The package included a charger, silicone case, and screen protector which means no extra money is needed, and for this habit of Xiaomi, a big thumbs up. The battery is related to the software which I hope will improve. Overall, it is a value-for-money phone for an average user.
