The product is used for clothes and equipment filled with down/feathers, in order to maintain their water repellency in excellent condition. It is essential to clean the equipment with Nikwax Down Wash before applying Nikwax Down Proof (there's no need to wait for the items to dry between washing and waterproofing).

Dosage:

• For washing clothes: 3 full caps (150 ml) per item of clothing and 6 full caps (300 ml) for two items of clothing.
• For washing sleeping bags: 6 full caps (300 ml) in 4 cm (depth) of water in a bathtub.
