I have had it for three years now... construction, agriculture, diving, professional kitchen,,,, it doesn't back down,, very good for the money,,,, I expected the screen to be a bit larger, the photo is misleading
The photo says it all. Bought a few days ago. A small plastic ball from foosball fell on it and cracked the glass as if it was shot. Imagine if it hits a hard surface what would happen. One star is because it still works.
Very beautiful and practical watch. I got it for basic training in the army because I wanted to have the time with seconds, the date, and the day ready at any moment. It definitely did not disappoint me, and I really liked that it has a perpetual calendar (I think until 2099), so you will never need to change the date. Now for the negatives, what bothered me is the deviation in seconds, which after 4 weeks is -25 seconds, but if there is no synchronization in some way (e.g., via Bluetooth, like in some other similar Casio models), then I suppose that such a thing is reasonable at this price. Otherwise, I am very satisfied and I believe I will continue to use it much more than I expected; it has started to not come off me.
Classic value.. Very good watch.. I bought it used, I was looking for one like this for my collection.. There are also mod-hacks online that can unlock 5 alarms and a countdown.. Oh, and a strap from the well-known Chinese site for 2 euros that has nothing to fear from the original, which will break at some point anyway..
Undoubtedly, we are talking about an excellent case in terms of quality-price ratio. However, it is a given that whoever buys it will need to replace it after about two years of use. I have purchased it twice, and both times after about a year and a half, the upper right button started to become unresponsive.
I have had it for 10 years. I changed the battery before it ran out. The strap broke and I put on a bracelet. I unlocked the countdown timer and 5 alarms. Very good.
I have had it for 4 years and literally haven't taken it off my wrist. I had to change the strap twice because it broke, but I consider that normal. It's worth the money

It is one of the most capable watches for its price, and it goes unnoticed to the eye; it is discreet. What disappointed me is the inadequate lighting and the short 1.5 seconds duration of it. Especially if you have presbyopia, seeing the time at night is a challenge. You have to press the weak light 2-3 times to roughly see the time. Not to mention the smaller indicators; there is no chance. It's a shame because it has the "ILLUMINATOR" indicator embossed, and that's the only thing it isn't. I was deceived by user photos where the screen indeed looks bright on camera, but not in practice. I found the solution with a SKMEI 2056 clone for 10 euros and saved myself, with the bright indicators in the dark.
Honest for the money one will spend.... made in.... China because I read that this specific brand is Japanese....
It does its job, the letters and numbers are a bit small, making it sometimes difficult to quickly and easily distinguish the time.

Its problem is the extremely unreadable screen. The slightest external light makes it unusable.
It withstands hard daily use. I have had it for a year and it has only acquired a small scratch from a hit. I highly recommend it, to those who were born in the 80s, it will remind them of their childhood!

Very good, especially for the price. Perfect for the sea and very readable, even for those who don't wear their glasses in the water. It will remind some of their youth. It has all the basic functions. The accuracy in the sample with little use was -8'' / month.
Clearly takes you back many years with its retro style. Ideal for the use I got it for (swimming) with a stopwatch/something very basic for me, as well as the very good quality battery (which most people say is top-notch). Overall very satisfied.

The second budget "construction watch" that I purchase from Casio. I don't have an opinion on their expensive models, but the two budget relatively simple watches that I have bought, have withstood gods and demons!
After several watches at work, my smart watch couldn't handle anything and I decided to go for this category and I believe it is the best choice for tough work.. so I recommend it!!!
I have it for a few days but I am already very satisfied. I don't use the different functions it has (alarm, dual date, stop-timer) very often, but it's good that they exist. Given its price, I consider it worthwhile. The only downside I found is its light. I would prefer it to turn on/off with the button instead of having to press the button and the light to stay on for 2-3 seconds.

First of all, it reminds me of something from the nostalgic era of the 80s.!! And as I grow older, I seek connections with that wonderful era of ours.
It also has a very good and readable screen! And for me, this is the great advantage of this model compared to even the G-Shock watches that have a smaller screen! Even with my astigmatism (about 2.5), I can still see the time without glasses..!! As for the backlight, it is good enough at night to see the time..!
It also has all the necessary information that we need daily and with a quick glance, it reminds us..!! The time, what day it is, the date and month. It even has the year (Well... sometimes it blows my mind..!! Not knowing what year it is, my goodness!)
It also informs you on the home screen:
a) if you have the alarm (ALM) activated,
b) if you have the snooze alarm set to go off seven more times after you stop it (SNZ) - the snooze, that is
c) the (SIG) which means that every hour it beeps twice.. Something that I really like because it helps me speed up my preparation and not be late for an appointment...! Especially in the mornings when we rush with the kids to school and we are in a panic, it's like it's telling me, "It's exactly time, hurry up"!!
You can deactivate this notification if you want or set it to beep at other specific times (every half hour or another hour or once a month on a specific date). I don't know, as I haven't looked into it so much, if you can have BOTH the hourly reminder AND the monthly or any other reminder.. If anyone knows, please leave a comment..!!

Chronometer: Also very convenient..!!
When I used my phone, sometimes I would accidentally press a button and lose the timing..
With the Casio, I don't miss a single press..!! And it has great accuracy..! Oh, and one more thing that is really nice.. When you press the button to start the timer, it beeps.. Just like when you press it to stop.. Personally, I like it because I know that it started timing and also that it stopped.
It doesn't have a countdown timer, but personally, I don't need it..
As for the dual time, the truth is that I don't use it at all, but I imagine if you have relatives abroad, it will be very convenient if you forget to check the time in their country..
I think the alarm volume is good if someone sleeps normally. If someone sleeps very deeply or has stayed up all night and hasn't slept much, they might not hear it. I remind you, of course, that with the snooze, it beeps 7 times every 5 minutes..!! So, something can happen on the seventh beep...
Another thing I like is that when you are in any other function, it always shows the time at the bottom..!!
Also, another nice thing is that when you press the mode button and go to other functions, as soon as it goes back to the home screen, it makes a different beep, so you understand audibly that you are back in the time function. You can also go there by continuously pressing the mode button, where it also makes this different beep.

As for the screen's sensitivity to scratches, after 2 weeks it still looks brand new. I've even accidentally hit it 2 or 3 times. But for a more accurate evaluation on this matter, I might come back in a year!
That's it! Overall, GET IT with your eyes closed!! For its price (I bought it for around 33 euros including shipping), you get a lot more!!
PS... I'll come back after approximately 3 months to add the following: I've taken around 20 baths in the sea... And I shower at home every day without taking off the watch. It remains 100% waterproof.
And one more thing that made me laugh about how accurate it is, after 3 months... I was watching Champions League qualifiers a few days ago... As soon as the referee blows the whistle for kick-off at exactly 10 o'clock, I hear "beep beep".. Okay, I say... Are you kidding me...
If there were 10 stars again I would give them all. Really a best seller retro style that has it all. I have 20 Casio watches as a fan of this perfect company for 30 years and this is one of my favorites. Nice easy-to-read screen, 10-year battery life, unbelievable 100 meters waterproof, lightweight medium size, you don't even feel like you're wearing it with the quality of Casio materials. I highly recommend it...
I have had it for about a year, fully satisfied, nice little watch for those who don't ask for too much, it does its job and more. VFM at €20. I would buy it again and again. I am coming back after two years and more and I have to say that the only thing that happened is that the strap broke (normal). I ordered from the internet for €13, changed it, and it became like new.

I have had it for about a year and I have enjoyed it very much. It has acquired a few scratches, minimally visible, which do not bother me. It loses 2.3 seconds per month. The green light for the night is very satisfactory. If indeed its battery lasts for 10 years, then you get a wonderful little watch.

In an era where everyone is looking for a fast charger, the retro vintage watch from Casio is simply... a revolution! You don't limit your gaze to the excellent clarity of the screen, but you see much more... I'm almost certain that some people out there, like myself who just acquired it, see the hours of a different era beyond the displayed time on the dial... This very philosophy that kept the first basic model alive is maintained as a value in this particular watch. A value that far exceeds what the owner will receive at the store's cash register. You may have many more expensive watches in your drawer, but believe me... it won't be as easy to take it off even with good dressing. The reason... it will tell you itself!!! Enjoy it. A bit annoying the way you adjust the time. I haven't used the alarm function, so I don't have an opinion on that.
Otherwise, it is lightweight, very functional, and matches with many everyday outfits. It is perfect for its price!
Anyone who wants a watch to have it for everyday use but also to have a decent level of quality as a product, I recommend it 100%.
