The packaging was incomplete, the light fixture was inside a box without any cardboard or bubble wrap to keep it stable. The light fixture itself was worn out, dirty in certain areas, and the seams on the sides were coming apart. I would have returned it if the kids hadn't been excited, so I glued it, cleaned it, and installed it.
