You should know exactly the size you want, I wear 1-1.5 sizes smaller in Vans compared to other brands. Very good and value for money.
The main problem is the build quality. They break very quickly, while when their color is dark or intense, it fades just as fast. Their lifespan is usually significantly less than a year, without necessarily being used daily. They also suffer in terms of comfort.
The side part of the sole came off from the fabric in less than 6 months of very light use. I have been wearing Vans since the '90s and I have bought the same model 3 more times. The oldest ones I have have fabric holes due to 10 years of heavy use, but the sole has NOT come off at any point. The same goes for the other models. The only reason I ordered online was because this particular color has been discontinued and I hoped to receive authentic ones that were left in stock. I don't know if it's a supplier issue or the specific store, but stay away!
I chose them for their simple design and shape, but I realized how uncomfortable they are to walk in. No support in the heel, resulting in foot pain after some time of walking. Also, very poor insoles.
I have tried many sneakers, mainly DC and Globe, but I would not recommend these specific Vans.
It is a shoe for people who want to look a little more stylish (not 40-year-olds). Personally, I recommend it for 18-year-olds who don't have a lot of money

I don't have any particular complaints about the shoes, they are definitely not for rain. The size is fine for me and relatively comfortable. Even when I wore them to work, they didn't tire me out, which I expected the opposite. Okay, they are not for everyday use at work. It is true that you can wear them with any style and at any time you want. It gives me the impression that the rubber on the sole will wear out soon. Although this hasn't happened yet. Of course, the shoes are still very new and haven't been used much. Also, they haven't hit my heel, while almost every new shoe does that in the beginning. Old time classic sneaker, you can wear it in any occasion with the appropriate outfit. I got it half a size bigger than what I usually wear to pair it with thick socks in the winter and it fits me perfectly!
Vans, as shoes in general, are a choice that everyone makes for style. It is known that they are not particularly durable and in no case are they comfortable for the foot. After a few hours of standing (2 to 3), your feet start to hurt as if you were walking barefoot. Nevertheless, as a style, the shoe looks very nice on the foot. It matches almost everything and can be worn from simpler to more formal appearances. Overall, it is a shoe that you should have in your wardrobe. I recommend it.

I used these shoes for skateboarding. The first 2 months went fine, however, they are low shoes, unsuitable for this sport. Initially, their durability is not enough as they are made of fabric. Furthermore, they have an excessively low height, which puts the ankle at risk of potential falls, etc. Finally, I would like to mention the comfort, which is simply weak, because the low sole makes them tiring to use, and the material of the sole starts to deteriorate internally. I do not recommend them for skateboarding, however, for regular use, yes, as they are nice and stylish shoes.
I am really impressed by the comments that say they are not comfortable for walking at all. They felt very comfortable to me from the moment I put them on. In fact, I got my exact size 37, and they were incredibly comfortable. Besides being a beautiful shoe in my opinion, it matches any outfit you want, from something simple and street style to something nicer and more formal. And that is the beauty of Vans in my opinion. Compared to Nike or Adidas, you can combine Vans with EVERYTHING. From me, it's a huge YES since I am not generally a fan of athletic shoes and Vans in general have been a perfect fit for me.
The authentic ones are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn... the material is so hard and there are so many seams at the back that they cause blisters on my feet, not only the first or second time I wore them. It's a shame because they are very stylish and easy to match with other clothes. Even though I bought them on sale, I don't think they are worth their money. It's better to choose old skool or era shoes that have padding at the back.
Beautiful shoe, however it cannot be worn in winter because it freezes you. The big downside is the sole, which is terrible, after walking my feet hurt. Relatively good durability for the use I have made of them.

One of the best shoes on the market. Especially this specific color goes with all clothes. Their price is very good for their construction quality and their waffle sole makes them incredibly comfortable on any surface you walk on.
