Review this product
  • I will start by saying that this keyboard simply isn't worth the price they set on Skroutz. Here at Plaisio, it was sold for 120 euros, and personally, I wouldn't pay more than 130 for a keyboard. This specific review is made with the price of 120 euros in mind. Be cautious of the negatives if you are gamers.

    Positives:
    - Ideal size for a small desk.
    - Corsair's software is quite satisfactory.
    - Satisfactory build quality with a hard plastic base. Although obviously metal is preferable, you feel like you got something premium.
    - Good typing experience coming from keyboards with blue switches.
    - Quite quiet and smooth, comes with switches that have factory grease.
    - Has a multimedia knob (the software needs to be open to adjust the volume).
    - Hotswap PCB so you can easily change switches or add grease to the existing ones, although personally, I wouldn't make such an investment in a wireless keyboard with a plastic base.

    Negatives:
    - SOS-> It has very high multikey release latency. In simple terms, if you play games where you have many keys pressed simultaneously and switch between them (e.g., rhythmically, like in Fortnite), you will feel it lag a bit. Even with a cable, the delay is high. For this reason alone, I now only use it wired.
    - The battery out of the box with the lights off and sleep mode every 3 minutes lasted me about 3 weeks. Don't even think about using it wirelessly and with lights on.
    - The keycaps are not transparent on the letters, so the RGB doesn't show at all, and in general, it makes the lighting look very bad.

Personally, the issue with latency and the inflated price on Skroutz are serious deal breakers. However, if you find it for under 130 euros and you don't play osu or Fortnite, feel free to buy it.
