They are ergonomic, have a stable foot and have reinforcement in the heel for shocks, but due to flat feet, I would like a little more reinforcement in the arch of the foot.

I bought them because of the posture at my job where I used to wear athletic running shoes. I put them on the athletic shoes and there was very little difference. My feet still hurt.

I bought them for a grade 3 ankle sprain and for standing for many hours, but in my case, although they were soft to step on, I believe they worsened my waist, something that I had no issues with at all with previous regular supermarket shoes that were simply worn out at the heel. It's better to invest in a good pair of shoes that will feel good on your feet rather than in insoles. (If you find good insoles, please inform me)

Ok, if you wear a shoe with a terrible sole at your job, obviously you understand some difference.
However, in a job like mine, posture, they do almost nothing. Better an anatomical shoe or even better a sports running shoe.

I bought them for myself and my sister, for shoe sizes 40-41 they fit perfectly, my sister had to trim the outline a bit to make it fit her.

After hip joint surgery, these insoles help me a lot since I don't feel stable with very soft shoes and I feel pressure on the joint with harder shoes. So, with these insoles, the sensation is exactly what I need - soft as needed and no transmission of vibrations to my hip.
