The Power-XR is the latest stereo power amplifier from Cyrus. With mechanical design from scratch, the wide-range high-current power amplifier is capable of driving even the most demanding speakers with relative ease.

Power Amplifier

The wide-range power amplifier of the Power-XR competes from D.C. up to and beyond 100kHz ensuring flat frequency response and keeping any unwanted phases out of the audio band. With a generous, over-engineered power supply, the Power-XR amplifier is very capable of reproducing the scale and drama of musical performance.

High Capacity Power Supply

The power supply includes a massive 408VA toroidal transformer that provides power to a high-capacity power supply.

PSU-XR Port

The Power-XR includes a port for the new PSU-XR power supply. Forty years ago, Cyrus innovated with the introduction of the PSX-R, the first regulated upgrade power supply that automatically adjusted to perfectly match the power requirements of any connected product. The PSU-XR raises the bar by offering no less than five independent regulated power supplies in a single case.

LED Setting Monitoring

The color and brightness of the LED will automatically adjust to match the color and brightness settings via MC-BUS from the main XR product in the system.

Low Power Standby Mode

The Power-XR can be turned on and off remotely in low power standby mode via MC-BUS or using the 12V trigger input.
