I got the small package to try it out, in case I don't like it and it stays on the shelf. The ingredients look quite simple (which I wanted for as few chemicals and harmful substances as possible). It dissolves very easily in a shaker with a mesh with 10" shaking. The taste is good and full (I mix it with milk) but very sweet. If you are not a sweet person, it will bother you. The texture is creamy and pleasant. Other than that, it is a complete protein and costs less than competitors offering the same.

The taste and smell were completely fake and it sat quite heavily in my stomach, it didn't digest well, I won't buy it again and it's not worth even its low price, better to spend an extra twenty and get something more quality
