  I have been taking this specific protein for 2 years now and in various flavors. The ones I have settled on are Belgian chocolate and cookie dough. The ingredient content is quite satisfactory, the taste is one I enjoy, good solubility, and without overanalyzing, I believe it is one of the best proteins I have tried in the 30 years I have been working out. After all, 20-30 years ago we drank protein with difficulty since the flavors were terrible. I was a bit disappointed that it went from €60 to €70 - €75, but that is not a reason to rate it lower since everything has increased, so I find it fair for an organic protein with natural ingredients.

  I would give it 5 stars, but because many times I like to mix it with yogurt instead of drinking it with water, in the mixture with the yogurt it leaves a slight texture like sand, like mud, as if the yogurt doesn't fully absorb it no matter how much you stir, while with another one I didn't have this issue with yogurt. On the other hand, it mixes better with water than any other one I have tried. Personally, I also add a few drops of lemon and it's amazing. Overall, though, very good!

  The price is good, perhaps the most economical isolate on the market. However, its solubility disappointed me quite a bit (it leaves a texture like dirt) and its taste even more (Belgian chocolate). I will return to my classic favorite Dymatize.
  Update: I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 3 as I initially had, because despite the poor solubility, the taste becomes accustomed. Also, it doesn't cause bloating, etc., like a proper isolate.
  Update2: After 2 months of use, and after trying the Choco Brownies and Nuts flavor (which is fantastic for my taste), I'm going straight to 5 stars. It still bothers me with its solubility, but it offers the best recovery after workouts compared to any protein I've tried.

  I have been using this specific protein for almost two months, coming from the companies Dymatize, Optimum Nutrition, and Biotech. The reason I chose it is the quantity-to-price ratio combined with the amazing amino acid profile, which I haven't seen matched in an isolate protein at this price.

  Personally, I got the chocolate hazelnut flavor because I read in reviews that it's the best flavor. In water, it scores 7.5/10, and in milk, it scores 10/10. I recommend mixing it in 300-350 ml for the best possible taste. As for solubility, it's quite good; I have just noticed that it always leaves some small residues in the shaker, no matter how much I shake it, so for solubility, I give it an 8/10. The quantity-to-price ratio is excellent; it really is very value for money compared to other companies if we look at the price per kilogram.

  I believe it doesn't make sense to talk about effectiveness because this is a protein powder and not anabolic steroids, which you shouldn't expect to work magic if you are not training properly and not pushing yourself in every gym session.

  In summary, I give it an 8/10 as a protein and recommend it to people who want a break from some famous companies that are much more expensive and generally want to try something new within the framework of a balanced diet.

  Well, here we go, initially for the past 6 months I was taking the basic isolate protein from Dymatize which is around 40 to 45 euros for 900g, a price that is worth the money but I wanted to try something a bit more economical since I'm not into bodybuilding but rather amateur training, always with a progressive overload approach. I was not satisfied with either the taste or the solubility in water, and sometimes in milk (both soy and cow's). Also, I don't know if it was just me, but it seemed to have some strange little hazelnut pieces, I don't know, it might be the specific flavor, personally I went back to Dymatize even if it's a bit more expensive.

  I will also write some things about this specific protein in VANILLA flavor.
  Surely some people may not like my review but what I am writing is from the heart.
  Having bought the "Hydro Touch Diet Whey Milk Protein with Milk Chocolate Flavor 2kg" from the same company and which had a very good taste (only in cocoa) and I had found it at the amazing price of 70 euros (2023) I decided to buy now the ISO TOUCH 86% because inexplicably and suddenly they raised the price of HYDRO by 10 euros (it went up to 80 euros, almost 15% increase). I also have the impression that it is a Greek company and I decided to prefer it over others.
  I ordered it in VANILLA flavor as a safe choice. Unfortunately for my taste, it was a bad choice because it reminded me of something like vomit, either in milk or in water. Because it was very difficult for me to drink it plain, I mixed it in the shaker with honey and cocoa. Slightly better taste but when I started mixing it with Immortal Nutrition 100% Pea Protein in cappuccino flavor, I could finally drink it pleasantly.
  Maybe the batch was bad for this flavor, but I definitely won't buy it again. Maybe sometime in another flavor though.
  As for solubility, I would say it is quite good. According to the label, each scoop contains 26 grams of protein, with 7.1 grams of BCAA.
  I would be interested if someone has bought the same protein in vanilla to write their opinion, maybe it just happened to me with a strange batch.

  The reviews regarding the taste are completely subjective, believe them.
  Personally, I often buy whey with vanilla flavor as it always has the highest protein content.
  This particular one reminds me of anything but vanilla. On the lid it says Greek Vanilla. This Greek vanilla has a taste that is something in between a biscuit, flour, and a hint of vanilla. It's like eating a kourabiedes dipped in flour, really nothing like vanilla and it leaves you with a stale aftertaste.
  Solubility is at best average. When you pour it into the shaker, it floats on top of the water?
  Digestibility cannot be called easy, especially if you drink more than one scoop.
  The 3 stars are purely due to the price, amino acid profile, absence of many artificial sweeteners, and because it is a highly protein-based substitute for flour in pancakes. (I'm always talking about the vanilla flavor)
  Give 10 euros more and buy a more worthy one.
  I would recommend it purely for the case where you want to cook protein pancakes/crepes/waffles.
  For anything else, it simply doesn't work.

  Very good protein with a pretty good amino acid profile. It has nothing to envy from well-known brands. For flavors, I recommend Hazelnut and Belgian Chocolate. The cream & cookies flavor that various people recommend reminded me a lot of Scitec's salted caramel, which I got tired of after a short period of time. Hazelnut is very tasty even with water. Belgian is less sweet, ideal for those who don't want overly sweet proteins. Usually, I mix 200ml of milk, 200ml of water, and 2 scoops. Other times, just 400ml of water with 2 scoops. It has a creamier texture with more milk. Also good for overnight oats. Value for money, so I hope the company doesn't change anything in the future

  Well, after finishing the Cookie dough, I ordered the protein with plain chocolate flavor. Obviously, they didn't have it and sent me Belgian chocolate instead. Belgian chocolate has a mild taste, relatively indifferent, it's not very sweet, which doesn't bother me because I don't like very sweet flavors. But man, it dissolves much more difficultly than the Cookie and it makes it difficult for me to clean the shaker because it sticks to the walls. Definitely, the Cookie is superior both in taste and solubility. Next time, I will try Vanilla when my Belgian choco runs out
