- There are no words in the instructions, only very poor quality shapes. It's like they are communicating with alien civilizations.
- The eggs spill out during boiling from the hole they suggest you make at the top. If I wanted to collect egg whites from everywhere, I would just put them in the pot. Additionally, the bottom of the device CANNOT be washed, so you are left with the egg mess.
- It DOES NOT cook the eggs, they come out wet inside, despite the wonderful instructions on how to make them hard boiled.
TRASH. STAY AWAY.
It stains the stainless steel part with every boil. It darkens very intensely. Can someone tell me the reason? Am I doing something wrong?
Too expensive and very poor functionality! It has never cooked the egg correctly for me
I bought it on the big chain with red logo and its crap. Dont buy it! It cracked the eggs every single time even with room temperatured eggs and with or without holes in them. I changed the piece and got a new one and it did the same. STAY AWAY!

In the picture you see the burnt egg on the water container after it cracked the eggs and the burnt egg smell is aweful.
I saved myself from boiling eggs two by two and wasting time. Quickly and economically, I make my boiled eggs. It also has a timer. I should have bought it earlier, but I didn't pay attention. Easy and quick preparation. Notifies you with sound when boiling is done!
Good quality compared to other devices and it does what it promises. 4 stars because it is not easy to clean. Not that other devices are, but I expected something more from Philips.
