Fully dedicated to wet and wild surfaces, the reinforced toe cap of the Techamphibian 5 and the fully stitched construction will keep your feet protected, while its sticky outsole ensures traction on slippery ground. With a collapsible heel for flexibility and ease of use and quick-drying, breathable materials on the upper.
Lightweight and excellent ventilation like a sandal combined with a stable yet flexible frame with integrated EVA cushioning material and Contagrip sole, for unmatched traction on all types of terrain.
A completely modern evolution of the original multi-activity model, the Salomon Techamphibian 5 has been fully redesigned. They feature a more dynamic look while maintaining ease, flexibility, and water capabilities. They fit like a glove, hugging the foot thanks to the Sensifit system and Quicklace with Kevlar laces. The well-ventilated, mesh upper allows water to flow out of the shoe while preventing dirt and pebbles from entering. The Techamphibian 5 is a sure bet for your feet, with no particular usage limits.

Excellent and tough sole! If you want it for long distances, unfortunately, you need a sock to avoid getting a blister on your foot.
Much better is the construction of the older model Techamphibian 3. The current one is heavier with a worse fit and does not secure firmly on the foot
They are perfect, but the wrong size. Their fit is very narrow, you need at least one size up if you have even a regular width foot. The length is fine.
I had the first pair that Salomon released in 2000. Salomon quality. After 24 years of summer use in rivers, etc., their sole came off and I decided to get the Techamphibius 5. They show similar quality, comfortable on the foot, and with a good grip on their sole. Their durability will be proven over time.

They need a little breaking in at first, and then they fit well
