I was quite disappointed and regretted the purchase. First, and this is probably my own issue, they don't sit in my ears at all. To preempt, I tried all 3 sizes of the tips as well as one from previous headphones but no luck. So it has to do with the shape of the headphones rather than anything else (i.e., the shape of my ears). I place them in my ears and to stabilize them I have to have them facing upwards as if I have antennas (the tip of the microphone up instead of down). Bad solution that doesn't cover fully. Anyways. A big problem is also the sound. It mainly has a tinny feel (even more so with ANC) in every music or game. Overall, it's not particularly pleasant. Such a shame about the money
