While it stated that it is 500ml, it is 450ml, the cap does not clean easily and I had to remove the internal rubber part to be able to clean it. Also, if the internal part does not come out, a straw does not fit well. Overall, I am not satisfied.
Very good! It doesn't leak even if you put it upside down in the bag, I've carried it like this countless times! It keeps the coffee warm for several hours!

Very good only for hot, the rubber inside doesn't allow you to put a straw, but you can take it out; anyway, it doesn't make sense to close it since you'll have the straw. I made a second coffee at 7 and when I started it at 8, it was still hot.
350ml is definitely not enough. I make a double lungo of 120ml and add the frothed milk; it fits in a 230ml cappuccino cup, but here it doesn't fit, it reaches the threads of the screw cap and when you try to screw it on, it overflows. Maybe the cup is 350ml empty, filled to the top, without the lid. I didn't measure it with a measuring cup.
On the negative side, the mechanism that clicks in; first of all, when I bought it, the tongue and the spring were loose inside the cup. I had to figure out myself how it goes in.
After use, to clean it all properly and get the sponge everywhere, you have to disassemble the mechanism, making sure not to lose the spring, for example, if it falls into the sink. So, to avoid all that, you pour the detergent with a little warm water inside, close it, and shake it with the spout open and your finger in the hole; otherwise, the rubber doesn't clean, which retains odors and smells no matter how much you scrub it.
Positives:
- Good aesthetics and pleasant feel in the hand.
Negatives:
- There is a leak from the lid.
- The product features are misleading, as the actual capacity is much smaller than 350ml.
I returned it to the store after the purchase. I do not recommend it.
Very good, keeps hot and cold for several hours, in one of the two family cars it doesn't fit in the cup holder. Mainly used for hot coffee, note that a straw for cold drinks doesn't fit due to the way the lid closes, only a plastic straw can fit at an angle and it doesn't draw well because it bends. Good product otherwise though

Because I measured it... it definitely does not hold more than 260-270ml. This fact bothered me, as it was one of the purchase criteria!
The time it keeps hot at a satisfactory temperature is definitely not 6 hours. At 6 hours, it is simply not cold. However, around 4 hours is a good time.

Due to the design of the spout, it can be used for hot drinks - the hole does not open vertically to fit a straw. It seems to seal well - no leaks in hot beverages that I use it for. I do not know how durable the lid will be (the way it opens and closes) time will tell. Plus, it has a narrow base so it fits more comfortably in a cup holder. The heat retention time is good
