  I have a pair for ten years now. The color of the fabric has faded, of course, but they are still functional without any serious damage. Amazing quality. However, be careful. They are considered hiking sandals, but for short distances. I tried them on a dirt road, a 15-kilometer route the first time without socks, the next time with socks and my feet got blisters. For long distances, you need hiking shoes or boots. The sandals are very good for short distances, everyday use, and the beach.
