I used them after giving birth, size 4, and I had no problem. For the first 3 days, I wore 2 as recommended at the hospital, and then continued with one. Due to their size, I thought they would be very uncomfortable, but they weren't that much. I had also tried another well-known brand with the same size, but these suited me better.
