The Gosund power strip features 3 sockets, a 1.5m cable, and 3 USB ports for charging devices
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Generally satisfied... It hasn't disconnected at all so far and everything works flawlessly..... The only negative is that one button from one socket was pressed and hasn't returned.... It's not a problem, you can use it normally and adjust it from the app, it's just that this specific one can no longer be turned off or on manually from the power strip.... I didn't realize when it was pressed and the issue was created....
I bought based on the reviews I read here, and I was not disappointed. They work perfectly! I bought 2 and will order 2 more to replace all the old power strips. I control them through Amazon Echo.
The product seems good. I am sharing my review to warn someone from purchasing it if they intend to connect an rpi to the USB ports or any power-hungry USB device. I only used it for one day because if you connect an rpi to any USB port, the rpi complains about undervoltage. It is possible that the 3A current applies to all three USB ports combined. So, each USB port probably provides a maximum of 1A, which is not enough for a Raspberry Pi 4.
Also, the power consumption is cumulative for the outlets but does not apply to the USB ports.
For energy measurement, it is necessary to connect the device to the internet (possibly to fetch the time and date), so in a purely local network with no internet access, energy measurement does not work
Very honest for its price! The only thing I would like is to show in a diagram the daily consumption increase (like the tapo p110) and not just the total. As for some who say they would like to have the option "reboot" of a socket because they have the modem on it and would like to restart it, they can simply create two schedules as follows: eg: 1) (socket name) off - 18:40 2) (socket name) on -18:42 I thought of this because I also have the modem on one of the 3 sockets and I want to restart it remotely.
Perhaps the most obvious and user-friendly power strip I have purchased to-date. I have a bunch of lights on it that I can open with voice command from Google Home.
The product seems sturdy.
Basically, it has thick plastic for the body, but you can tell that it is completely hollow inside.
The handling has been mentioned in other comments.
I just want to mention that the consumption recording counts all the ports in general and not each one separately.
Also, the app only keeps track of the values for the previous day and the same day, so you cannot see all the days separately or even for the month.
It is good for controlling the sockets, but that's about it.
Also, the USB ports are for simple regular, slow charging.
After a month of use, out of the 24 hours of the day, 18 are disconnected.
So, the application is mediocre to terrible (they only have it for advertising their products) and the product is unacceptable.
Personally, I would not buy it again and I don't know if I will buy anything again from this company in general
Excellent! I have been using it for at least 2 years and I know what each device consumes. I can turn on and off devices from my couch whenever I want, without having to get up.
The app is also flawless and easy to use!
I bought 2!
No more hassle of bending down to the power strip!!! You can turn it on and off from your phone whether you are at home or not. It also measures power consumption. I have connected two self-amplified Bluetooth speakers because I am in an area where I couldn't leave them plugged in, but I had to turn them on their sides every time I wanted to use them. Very good product
It is excellent, each socket operates independently and you can open and close them from the application and manually! I have installed one on the heater and I open and close it whenever I want, so that I can find it warm before I go home.
Purchased for 21€.
Connected directly with the Tuya application. Works perfectly for each socket separately or all 3 together and looks good and of high quality.
The power strip is amazing.
First of all, with the Gosund application on your mobile, you can control the entire power strip or each socket/USB separately and turn it on/off either by command or with a countdown (to shut down) or with a timer (to turn on).
Also, through the application, it shows you the consumption (directly) and the total kWh that have passed through the circuit each month.
The power strip appears sturdy and you don't feel that it is cheap or has any flaws in any way.
And as an extra, it has surge protection for cases of overvoltage.
5/5
Very good power strip. I have it in a rack and I have some devices on top that I sometimes want to do a hard reset. The only drawback is that it does not have a function to reboot the port. For example, if I have the Cosmote router plugged into port 1 and I turn it off, then I won't have internet to turn the port back on. If it had a reboot application that turns off the port and then opens it again after 30 seconds, it would be ideal.
After about 7-8 months, it turns off and on by itself. Approximately 10 times per minute. Then it works again for a little while. Poor quality in materials (electronic part). The cause is 2 capacitors. Very expensive for such quality.
A quite high-quality Smart power strip with several functions that I believe is worth its price!! It measures electricity consumption per month with a daily graph. You can create scenarios through the application, and you can also connect it to Google Assistant, Alexa, etc. to control it vocally!! What else could you want from a power strip, it has it all..!!
I have bought it to connect my XIAOMI heater that I have! Solid good construction, its durability will be shown over time! Get it without second thoughts!!
Very good power strip, apart from the main switch, each socket and the USB ports have their own switch and work perfectly with Google Home.
Very good value for money. It is smart and you can set timers and operating hours separately for each front individually so you can program it according to your needs. I would prefer it to have a physical power button and on the USB ports as well, but at least you can do it through the app. Honest for its price.
Very good product, I remove one star because after less than a month of use, it got stuck to the point where I had to unplug it and restart it.
Okay, very good quality safety power strip, good construction and buttons.
For connection and overall communication, I don't need to say anything, I think gosund products are excellent, in a minute without exaggeration you connect anything to the app and to Google Home.
Power consumption indicator, meters, schedule, the usual..
In general, I now shop for gosund products blindly, they are quality and have good prices.
I will come back in due time to see their durability over time.
I had a little doubt whether I should spend €23 on a 3-outlet power strip, but it's definitely worth it. It has fantastic build quality and materials, and excellent functionality that works without any problems. The cable is thick and reliable. Each of the 3 outlets can be controlled separately both from the app and from the button next to each outlet. However, the USB ports are controlled all together, meaning they can only be turned on/off collectively. Finally, it has a button for the entire power strip. I can also easily control it with Alexa by saying "alexa turn on [name]". It's worth it for a smart plug, crazy value for money.
Update: After switching to a 5G network, the power strip does not work as it does not support it. It ONLY works with a 2.4 network, so be careful. It also showed significant incompatibilities with the wind network, while I did not encounter any problems with the cosmote and inalan networks.
It does exactly what it says.... I have it in the store and I have set up the external lights to turn on at 18:00 and off at 06:00, and the showcase lights to turn on at 18:30 and off at 04:00. The timer sometimes works perfectly from the camera... You can control all the USBs at the same time, you cannot control each one separately, personally, this doesn't bother me... Sturdy construction, long cable, and very easy to install... It has not lost the Wi-Fi signal for a month now, or even if it did lose it momentarily, it automatically found it again because I didn't notice any changes
I give it one star only because you cannot individually control the 3 USB ports. Apart from that, it is very functional either with the app or with Google Assistant. Durable thick cable and good overall construction
Excellent. It connects with the Smart Life application. Activation and programming for the 3 sockets are done separately, while the USBs are grouped together.
Very practical, from the point where I needed 3 smart sockets with a cost of 15-20 each, with the power strip I didn't have to worry.
Very good quality of materials! Easy installation of the app on the mobile and immediate connection with WiFi! The app even allows for updates on the amount of KWh consumption!
Nice design, size almost the same as a classic power strip...and very basic...the control for each socket is done separately one by one, except for the USB ones which, obviously, are controlled all together...now especially during Christmas it was just what you needed to turn on and off the lights on the tree and around based on a schedule.

Very good but the USB ports are completely weak

It does the job just fine, without any issues even with minor power quality problems.
