It is the worst thing you can get. Its battery didn't last more than 10 minutes in six months... They replaced it and it's the same again. Now I just have it and it lasts 5 minutes at maximum intensity.

Simply TRAGIC!! The most wasted money I have spent on something that plugs into the socket!

Both the vacuum cleaner and the Bosch itself are tragic.. In 4 months, it didn't even turn on, they fixed it and the same thing happened again, plus the customer service was extremely rude. Never again Bosch

Exactly as described.. A dustpan! Without attachments, with all the volume at a low point, it doesn't fit under low furniture, the battery needed to be replaced in a very short period of time

Another piece of garbage from Bosch. Just once, Bosch, just once to keep something of yours. I never use my brain. Within 15 months, the turbo function stopped working. As soon as the warranty expired, it completely broke down. Never again

While externally it appears to have good and quality construction, in reality it has terrible problems! All the plastic parts that connect the individual sections of the device break! Obviously, they are heavy and cannot hold them. Overall, it is a heavy and impractical broom as it does not fit under furniture. Definitely not worth its money.

It worked very little at sporadic intervals. Now it charges and lasts for 5 minutes!!! Problem with the rechargeable batteries, they say. They ask for 200 euros because they come with the circuit board!!!
Stay away!! Never again Bosch.

It really combines perfectly the positives of a cordless vacuum cleaner with the power of a conventional vacuum cleaner--- the battery may not seem to have a crazy long duration at first glance, but its suction power and the ease with which you can move it around the house saves you a crazy amount of time.... I hope it withstands the test of time because first impressions are the best!

1 star for the dealership. For a battery replacement, they charge: 107€ for the part which essentially consists of 6 18650 batteries that retail for a decent price of 10€ each, so they make at least 50€ profit from that. 8€ to check if they have properly installed it, meaning you pay them to check their own repair! 15€ for shipping because it's far and it's not worth going back and forth twice, and they keep the labor cost for the end, which I bet they will charge around 50€ just for fun. So we reach 180€ and you can buy a new one for 200€!

Unbelievable product. No comparison to the Black&Decker Rechargeable Stick Vacuum FEJ520JF-QW that it replaced. 100% silent. It sticks to the floor on the first speed. Container is more than enough for 8 cleanings. Purchased for daily use due to having pets and complements the bagless electric Bosch BGS05A222 which was purchased simultaneously for heavier use. The product is well-made, lightweight but sturdy, and as I mentioned, it sticks to the floor! Highly recommended without hesitation

Strong with perfect design. My husband now enjoys cleaning, it is so lightweight that he can sweep while holding the baby many times.

For everyday, easy and immediate use with very good suction results, maybe even better than some corded vacuum cleaners. There is nothing more that I would ask for from this particular type of vacuum cleaner. I do not regret my choice.

Amazing for everyday house cleaning!!! So easy and so fast that I stopped complaining to the kids as soon as I swept! Definitely still need the classic electric vacuum cleaner with the rest of the attachments, but for when I do general cleaning in the house. It is also lightweight, flexible, and the battery lasts. I was very satisfied with this specific vacuum cleaner!
