I like the product itself and it looks quality and sturdy. But the company thought it had the right to send old and used products that have been returned to customers who pay full retail price. It should also be noted that this specific product costs double that of any other substitute! The factory packaging was torn and opened, and the product was used, dusty, and damaged! It was used BEYOND ANY DOUBT. Unfortunately, I had to leave immediately for abroad and needed the product; otherwise, I would have returned it!
