When using a chasen to whisk matcha, it is best to keep your wrist calm and relaxed and make quick zigzag movements in the shape of a W or M. This helps to give the matcha the ideal frothy texture.

After use, it is best to dry it on the special whisk holder (sold separately).

Do not place the wet matcha tea whisk inside the plastic container or any other closed container.
